hes used various emails, changed phone number etc. how do we stop this

Hope this is the right section...   Apologies if incorrect.

 

Windows Live Mail 2012 running under Windows 8.

Have set up three accounts, and all appear to work, after a fashion.  Except when receiving mail in  -  everything goes to just one inbox.

Wrote some rules, but encountered an immediate problem in that I couldn't direct incoming mail to the existing inboxes.  Why not??

Ended up creating a new boxes called INBOX-1, INBOX-2, etc., etc.  However, all my rules seem to be totally ignored, with all mail going into just one inbox.

 

I cannot find any in-depth guide to troubleshooting WLM e-mail rules.

 

Here are examples (not real!) of my accounts:-

 

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

 

In rules, I have ticked Where the From line contains people, and

Move it to the specified folder.

In respect of the first account, Apply rule after the message arrives, where the From line contains 'fred'.

Move it to the INBOX-1 folder.

Rule saved ok.

Other rules for Jim and John use appropriate INBOXES (-2 and -3).

 

So why does it not work, and why can't I use the default inboxes within each account?

First of all I am not very technically minded so please bear with me

I cannot send or receive emails at the moment when I try and do this I get an error message which says (and I have copied this down as to get it right)

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail.co (sallyandmick0123) main account.

Server Error: 5102
Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

 

I do not know what to do, please help as I need my emails to be up and running

I have already tried to removing and re-configuring my account in Windows Live Mail, but every time Windows Live Mail finishes adding my account, I just get the same message come up again.  It seems like Windows Live Mail is not synchronising with my online Outlook.com account.  This because the account is still working fine when I login to my Outlook.com account.  My email account on phone is working too.  I want to fix this problem, but don't know what to do.

I verified my email using my code they gave then i couldn't log on using my password then i had to verify my email again in order to change my password and now all my emails are missing and so are my folders how do i recover them?

However, I can still send e-mails from my hotmail but do not receive any. Only using hotmail through my web browser things seem to work out.
What is the problem with my Windows Live Mail?

From last 5 days, I am unable to receive or send any emails using windows live mail.

 

I deleted and added my account again but still the same issue.  Error details:

 When I made my microsoft account,as "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" ,I made a mistake,means I entered a wrong e.mail address as recovery e.mail address.My recovery e.mail address is  "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"  but unfortunately I entered "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"   means   ".com"  instead of  ".ca"   .Now I need to recieve a link from you to recover my microsoft account ,but I can't.  Why?? Because in fact this e.mail address   "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" really no exist ,and the real recovery e.mail address is   "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"  .Now let me know please how you can access my microsoft profile and fix my recovery e.mail address?? I know that you need some information to confirm , but how I can make a contact with you when I'm not able to sign in?? on the other hand , I don't know English perfectly and it's so hard to understand some professional words for me. again , I want to change my recovery e.mail from  ''.com''  to  '',ca''  and then set my new pass word.  Thank you
I post questions 1 month before on this forum. I was receiving emails I sent out and duplicate emails before and someone helped me to fix it before. However, tonight I received many emails (like 60-70) that I sent out weeks before. WHAT IS GOING ON?!
