Unable to send or receive messages for my Hotmail account.

Can someone please send me a private message so that I might provide them with details of my email address ... this problem has continued for 2 days and I'm unable to send/receive important emails.

I have windows 8 and my windows live mail has been working fine for months. I am now getting the below error:
server error 5102
server: https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/sync.aspx
windows live mail error id 0x8de00002
I have already:
uninstalled windows essentials 2012 and reinstalled it
removed my msn account from windows live mail and added it back
looked in my outbox for a stuck email and there was none
I cannot figure out what is wrong. Can anybody help please!!! I need my email for school.

i am am getting error 5102 with my windows live mail and it has error ox8DE00002. I have uninstalled live mail and then reinstalled it with
no luck. Still having the same problem how can I fix this ? I am using live mail with Hotmail and I can access hot mail from the web with
no problem.
I can receive my emails, but, can not reply back to them. Also can not send a new email to anyone. Keep getting an error , and tells me to try again.
I have been using live.com since I got my laptop. It came with windows 7. I don't get to see what is being installed with updates. live.com has always contained some mail that wasn't junk and I corrected items as necessary. The junk file doesn't get any mail at all now. I don't know if mail that is not junk is being deleted.
Any help would be most appreciated.

There are no messages in my outbox. I have deleted my hotmail account from windows live mail 2011 and added it again 3 times. It works for a day and then stops again. Frustrated, need help!
