Hello,

I am not able to receive e-mails in Windows Live Mail,  I am getting the following error: 

 

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (XXXXXX) account. Server Error: 5102 Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx' Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002


I do not have any e-mails in my Outbox.

 

Can someone please help?

Can’t access WinLive only account

I am trying to log onto MS Live.  Even when I click an email link; and enter my  working username and password I get left on a blank page. 

I can access my "Account" and make all kinds of changes but there is no direct link from Accounts to the Live page.

I'm getting answers to support questions that I can' access; because of this.  I'm not even sure I will be able to access the answer to this post.  I'm not even sure where to post this question /-:

I have tried several times to reset my account,but every time I receive the reponse that I didn't provide enough verification information - no responses the rest of the time.  Can anyone help me?  I need this account badly.

I am changing computers. In the past with XP, I just downloaded to file folder, imported and everything was back to normal. With windows live mail, I follow the YouTube or microsoft instructions but only one email is downloaded and nothing from the archived posts. What do I do to get ALL of the archived posts? Bob

                      Why does the text options get greyed out, using Windows Live 2012, with new (outgoing) e-mail.   Such options as BOLD, Italic

                      font size, etc.............

I was using Windows Live Mail and I accidentally clicked the 'work offline' button within Home Tab on Windows Live Mail. 
Then I clicked it again to try to Go online but kept offline.

I'm using: Windows 7 SP 1
Windows Live Mail 2011 v. 15.4.3555.0308
Internet Explorer 10

Zoom setting does not carry though Live Mail reponses

After installing IE 11 Preview my Zoom setting (150%) does not work for Live Mail responses.  Replying to a received email I have to block the received email and change the font to 18 to be able to see it and my replay has to be set to 18 [plain text - no formatting] to be able to see what I am writing.  Yes,  I wear glasses but I have them on. This problem was fixed in about 2 months in Outlook (it had the same problem - Zoom did not carry through when a respose was to be entered to a received message.) I reported the problem in Outlook calling it "Zoom not sticking in responses to email".

I would estimate the font size currently in a response is less then 6 points.
