I have a hotmail account but hadn't logged in for a couple of months and now i tried to login and i can't get in!! i did a live chat with support and they told me to reset password which i did and now i have outlook and i don't know where any of my old emails are!!! it's a completely empty inbox and all the saved emails/folders are gone!!! help!!!! how can i retrieve the info from my old account?

 

I have tried everything an did everything people said in the responses from hotmail representatives and I can’t access my account

I can't get into my account. I have been emailed about it and nothing works. They tell me to fill out forms. I need my account ASAP!

I have been using http://by167w.bay167.mail.live.com/mail to access my e-mails. It is now showing WEB PAGE CAN NOT BE FOUND. is there another web page that I can use?

inbox comes back with pages of mail

When I go back to my email page, there are pages of email that I thought hadn't been deleted. I think I was deleting saved folders of email. It keeps coming back to that page

I keep getting Server Error 5102 windows live mail  0x8DE00002

I have checked to see if I had any messages in my outbox, there is no messages stuck.
I don't know how to re-configure my computer either.

What do I do to start using dial-up after converting from WebTV to a PC

The MSN TV FAQ says my dad can continue using dial-up. I have completed seting up his modem on his PC. I didn't know what phone number to use so I used the one he used for WebTV. For the username and password I entered the one he had for his MSN account. When the modem dialed out it was able to connect but it gave an error stating that the username and password were invlaid try again. Does he need a new phone number to access dial-up and/or usernaem and password? I tired calling the customer support phone number 800-469-3288 but I was on hold for 1 hr 35 min. yesterday and today at work for over an hour.

How to get Sent Folder sorted in date order WITHIN the To option?

There are many occasions where I need to refer back to emails that I've received from someone, and my response to them, maybe a month or so ago.  I go to the Sent Folder and select the To option.  However, when I look at a particular person's emails, the dates are in no particular order and it takes me lots of time to find the email I need.  How do I get the emails in the To option to be sorted in date order?

i logged on and decided to change my birthdate not realizing that if i pick a year in the 2000's . 
everytime i try to log in now it ask for parent to sign in and then i sign with with *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and then it takes me to this place that i need to put in a credit card.  

i just want to change the date of birth to my correct one like i had it before and now i can't use this account my changing my birth year to 2000's and makes me under age but i'm not.  hope you can help me.  thanks so much

Cant log into my outlook

Hi,

My outlook email has locked me out even though I am entering the correct email address and password. I never provided an alternative email address so i had to fill out a form instead which said i would hear back within 24 hours. I waited two or three days after I sent it and heard nothing so i sent another one and have still heard nothing. It has been a week now and I really really need to access my account. I tried the live chat but the only help they provided was to post on here. Please please please help me.
