The following message pops up when I open my email. : Your messages are in your pop folder. Some other program is set to download and delete your messages from outlook. Just in case this was an accident we've put them in a special POP folder. Not an accident? Change settings.

If I click on change settings it tells me sorry there seems to be a problem with outlook. I had all my email over 1000. now there are just over 500!? what happened to the rest? How do I find out what happened.
My wife gave this email on our new mac for me to quickly see my mail, but she has since deleted that mailbox why is this still happening and did that have anything to do wit the disappearing mail?

I have never been asked to remember my username and or password when signing in? Is this an option with Hotmail?

I am unable to "paste" or Ctrl-V from the clipboard into a reply email.

I can paste into a new email, but I cannot copy a screenshot into a reply email - nothing happens.

Is this an issue or how can I resolve this please.

Running Windows 7 x64 on ASUS I7 laptop.

many thanks

I am a paying Hotmail user.  I have a Hotmail account that was apparently attacked.  I am trying to get my account reactivated.  So far I have answered all the relevant questions, such as latest email recipients, subjects, etc (it's been 24 hours and I haven't gotten a response.  Entering my telephone number (hoping to get a digit code.)  And then created a new outlook.com account (and doing everything over again.

I'm stuck - I do I get things reactivated?

Thanks.

I am having problems with Windows Live Age Verification. I am completely unable to get support for this issue.

I went to this site: https://support.live.com/default.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396 and click on "Windows Live Age Verification" which brought me to this form: https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?productKey=wlageverification&ct=eformcs

The people who respond to this form do not actually know anything about Windows Live Age Verification. Despite all my arguments, they insist I post my issues on this public forum.

I have tried again and again and again to convince them that my problem is inappropriate for a public forum (I have been billed 13 times for the $.50 age verification charge!) And that there is no way I am going to post billing / credit card information to a public forum.

Perhaps the people who respond to the "Windows Live Age Verification" support form are not actually the right people to handle issues with "Windows Live Age Verification" though that seems hard to believe. Perhaps the form is directing messages to the wrong group -- that is actually easier to believe. But, IMO, if this is the case, they simply should have forwarded my issue to the proper people.

So now, here I sit, with no recourse to support, no way to verify a minor's account, and 13 charges on my credit card from each time I tried to verify my son's age. Apparently the system works fine to the point where it charges your credit card, then it fails.

So, does anyone know where you go for issues like this with Windows Live Age Verification? I don't think this forum is the appropriate place (there isn't even a category for it) and the links above DEFINITELY are not the right place (despite all indications to the contrary).
