Windows Live Mail FAQ
I received 2 emails from the same person with a hotmail account.
All I need to know is from which country (countries) these emails came. No adress, no other details neccesary.
Will Microsoft give me this information if I send them source details of these emails?
The IP address that I have in there relocate to Redmond which I understood is from the Mocrosoft server itself.
Hope someone can tell me and help me out. Would really appreciate this.

I have a Hotmail account which has changed to outlook. This is fine with me, I am not resistant to change in layouts etc, however I have a major complaint in that the system no longer works! I can't read any of my emails on my computer. Whenever I click on an email to open it nothing happens at all. This has been going on for months but it's finally got annoying enough for me to do something about it. I have IE10 and Windows 7. I tried clearing all the history etc as this was mentioned in a thread on here. I was then able to read emails for about 3 minutes before it stopped working again. Obviously I can't keep clearing my history/cookies every 3 minutes or even every time I want to read an email as this is impractical. How can I get this to work? When is this going to be fixed?
My account is being blocked after i tried several times and filled 3-4 times a form to verify i am the owner of this account,Microsoft recommend me to open a new one,as i did.So how i would have back my old contacts and e mail cause this was my only account
for a lot of years!!Please Help me!
