Original title: I'm receiving the 5102 error on Outlook, there's nothing in my outbox or drafts folder.
Additionally, if I close Live Mail and then reopen it I need to again set the screen resolution. But it happens every time!

I am a paying Hotmail / Outlook user. I have an email account that was apparently attacked. I am trying to get my account reactivated. So far I have answered all the relevant questions, such as latest email recipients, subjects, etc (it's been 24 hours and I haven't gotten a response.) Entering my telephone number (hoping to get a digit code.) And then created a new outlook.com account (and doing everything over again.)
I'm stuck - How do I get things reactivated?

my wife closed and old hotmail account and forgot to transfer over a folder. We went back within the month and the folders were all gone. Is there any way to retreive the folders and put them into her new account.
I've used windows live mail for 4 years on Window 7 and the other day it would not open. I get an error message "unable to locate the windows live message database". Please advise. Thanks.

Windows live mail crashes when I am offline and go to "Contacts". It's not possible to display any contact information when I don't have internet. This is terrible.
Version I use is: Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3508.0205)
OS: Windows 7 Prof
