i cant sign in on new computer to windows live mail accounts

My older HP windows 7 computer was failing so I bought a new windows 7 from Dell. I could access my windows mail business accounts with this  older computer. Currently it is not hooked up. While waiting for the new computer,  I went to my Windows XP computer and downloaded windows live mail. I could access all my windows live mail accounts.

 

I installed windows live mail on my new Windows 7 computer and now I can't access my business mail. I have looked at my XP screens and cannot figure out what I did to access windows live mail.

 

I have entered my password in to the new computer windows live email but only end up with my personal account.

 

Can some one help me?

Recently I have spent more time trouble shooting then actual work.

Rebuild my laptop and lost all of my Windows Live emails

When I rebuild my laptop on 13th Oct, I forgot to backup all of my Windows Live inbox files.  I use the Windows Live system to consolidate all of my email accounts such as hotmail and company mailbox. Now, I can only recover the Hotmail inbox but I cannot recover the consolidated company mailbox in Window Live, is it possible to restore the mails from Microsoft? The consolidated mails are very important to me and I need your help badly, thanks.

I am not able to receive reset password email from Instagram

I create my new account in hotmail and I didn't do any changes in the settings, then I use the same email in instagram, but I'm not able to receive the reset password email from instagram, i checked the filter, the junk, I add the instagram email to the contacts which is (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), request another reset email from instagram but still i'm not receiving the email. please advise as I'm able to receive other email except instagram, 

Note: I checked with instagram and they advice to check with the email provider

Hello,

 

I'm back, the problem before the problem was that I could not send emails and when I attempted to send an email, the message would be stuck in the Outbox; now, I can't send or receive email. Thinking that maybe my ISP could be causing the problem (It is their Servers where the connection is loss.), I sought their help, however, after three weeks they have failed to fix anything. See the error below:

 

 Unable to send or receive messages for the webmail.globelines.com.ph account. The connection to the server has failed.

Server: 'webmail.globelines.com.ph'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC0E
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110
Secure(SSL): No
Socket Error: 10013

 

It is obvious that this is a particularly widespread problem that needs immediate attention. To my knowledge these problems did not surface until after the introduction of Outlook.com. My question: Is the Microsoft Corp. trying to find a solution to the problem? Is the problem fixable?

I am not able to receive email on my domain email

I have recently configure an my domain email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) )with outlook. Previously was using gmail, but as gmail shut down free service, i had to shift to outlook for the same.

I can send email successfully from this domain email in outlook. But when i try to send an email from another email to this domain email, it fails. 

So basically i am able to send the email from info email, but not able to receive any email in this.

May be there is some DNS settings that are missing, but i am not able to find it. If anyone can help with this, it will be great.

problem sending attachments to hotmail account

For the last few months (at least) I have not been able to send an email with any attachments to a hotmail account.  I can send an email with just text which is received but as I work mainly on email, any clients I have who contact me with a hotmail.com or hotmail.co.uk account, I have to ask them to set up a new email address just so I am able to send attachments.

Please can someone advise what I (or they) can do about this?
