I created an account for my daughter when she was born in early 2011 so that family and friends could send her emails, pictures, memories etc so that when sego toolset she could look through them and have them as a keepsake... This was our only record!
I used to check it regularly but then I had twins too and haven't accessed it for a year or so...firstly it didn't let me in with the password I created and then when I accessed it EVERYTHING had been deleted... I was completely horrified!! I tied to use there
tool to get emails back but they said there were none! What!! My child's first two years were recorded there!! What the **** do I do and where are all my inbox messages?? Help! Please!

I have a signature with my name, phone number and link to my website, in 3 different colours and in bold. It appears as I want when I compose a message. However when I see it in a message in my sent folder, the signature is no longer in bold, and the spacing
is odd. When I see it in a reply, one of the colours has changed, its no longer bold, the spacing is odd, and when I hover over my phone number it seems I can click on it, although nothing happens.
I have a creative job and want it to look right, why does this keep happening?

I have had a hotmail account for 20 years. As of Oct. 30 about 10 a.m. I cannot figure out how to find it on the microsoft site. I have changed my password and I can get into "my" microsoft account infor but there are no links to et me to my mail. Help.

When I tried to sign in to Xbox Live today, I got a message saying I had to accept the new Terms of Use. The only problem being, it asked me to enter the password for the Parent account set to my Gamertag.

I'd like to close my hotmail account. I had a Office 365 subscription but I've cancelled it. There is no billing associated with the account. A year or 2 ago, I saw that there were microsoft points but I don't have those either. Somehow just signing up
for Xbox free trial and/or office 365 ensures that you can never delete your hotmail account? The account only gets spam and junk email and I'd like to close it.
I've contacted microsoft support and they say I have to cancel my billing but how can I cancel something that I've already cancelled OR doesn't exist?

Recently, I've noticed that some recent emails that I've sent from my phone have appeared fine in my sent folder on my phone email account however when I access it on my computer, the sent folder has multiple copies of the same emails (i.e. the ones sent
