I do a lot of business with a specific company. I've put everyone there on my contact list, but every piece of email still gets labeled suspicious, or even sometimes SPAM. How do I fix this?

SINCE THE LIVE MAIL TRANSFER TO OUTLOOK MAIL, MY CALENDAR DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO VIEW/CANGE/ADD/OPEN ANYTHING FROM THE DESKTOP.
WHY?
When I try to send an email (or receive) I get a message from my ISP which says they cannot reach a server. I then call the ISP, which is Comcast, and they tell me that if I can reach the internet than they can't help me because my email is Microsoft Live
Mail, which they don't maintain. Can any one help me. Thanks.

I just upgraded computers - from Windows XP and Outlook mail to Windows 7 and Windows Live Mail for email. I use QuickBooks Pro 2012 and send billing statements via email. My problem is as follows: Outlook saved my emails sent from QuickBooks in a "sent
mail" file. Windows Live does not save the emailed documents I send from QuickBooks. It does save emails I send from within the program. I called QuickBooks support. They said to contact you to find out if Windows Live Mail supports 3rd party software. If
it does, QuickBooks tech support will work with me to fix the problem. The only program they are sure works is Outlook. If Windows Live Mail will not work with QuickBooks, I will buy Outlook. Thank you for any help you can give me.
I haven't been able to view my emails since Microsoft introduced the new "sweep" feature. Now when I click on an email nothing happens. It just freezes the screen.
The incoming email service for my MSN.com email account on my Mac has stopped working. I can send, but cannot receive emails. A second email address on our computer, another MSN.com address, can send AND receive; but mine can only send.

Is it possible to reduce one of my accounts with 500 domains and give this capacity to another? The account I need to expand is asteco.com.co from 50 to 100 users, and the account asesorias-contables.com could be reduce
to 50 only if the first one is expanded.
I marked some emails as Not Junk from the Junk folder in my account and then emptied the Junk folder. Now the emails I marked as Not Junk have disappeared. They are not in my Inbox, Junk folder or Deleted Items folder
