Obviously it is easy to blame my internet service provider but I am using 2 different sim cards with different companies at different times. (depending on the data available based on my 'service plan')

i am using two step verification for signing into my account.. I give passord and ask to send me security code through text or call. but "Security code cannot be sent, try again" this message is displayed... what is the problem????
