Changing an email address from the main address to using the Alias as the Main address and the old main address becoming the Alias

I have an email address, which i created when i was a lot younger and would like to keep it but would like the main address to be replaced with an alias i have created for the address,

how do i swap them around so the main address becomes an Alias and the Alias becomes the Main address for the account?

Any help would be much appreciated

and the email read this

Friend is locked out of Hotmail

Hotmail Support,

I hope this is the right place. A friend of mine owns a Hotmail account and has owned it for a few years. She then created a Gmail address and setup Hotmail to sync her email into her Gmail mailbox. As such, she has not logged into her Hotmail account for quite some time. One day this week she noticed the sync is no longer working and displaying authentication errors. She tried to logon to her Hotmail account and the password she remembered using for the account is now no longer working. Unfortunately the attempts at the recovery form also have failed stating that the information is sufficient.

I have gone to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/hotmail/hotmail-support but we are not receiving the errors that the site has. I am going to go ahead and submit the "Your account has been temporarily blocked" form anyways since it feels like Microsoft makes it very difficult to get support for this sort of thing =/ .

Can anyone from Microsoft help?

I have 5 email accounts that I access viz Office Outlook.
When I switch between accounts, this box pops up:

an error has occurred in the script on this page.

Error: Library not registered
Code: 0
URL: (long address.....)
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Doesn't matter if I choose YES or NO.....but I have to choose one or the other to proceed!!

windows live mail doesnt sync contacts through my microsoft account any more, i used to be able to add or edit contacts on my wp8 or w7 on pc and they would sync in both locations, please help

Live Mail does not recognize my internet connection.

When I sign in with my hotmail account, I get this error:

Live Mail does not recognize my internet connection.

Then if I try my Verizon account I get this error but I think it's for the same reason. Unable to send or receive messages for the Verizon xxx account. The host 'pop.verizon.net' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly.

Windows Live Mail error: 0x800CCC0D

Socket error: 11004

My internet connection is working but Live Mail does not recognize it.

PLEAESE HELP !!!! hotmail is down??!!??

Hi, today is November 14/13 and for the last two days, my @Hotmail.com and @live.ca emails have not populated into my windows live mail account I keep on getting this error.. but my gmail and yahoo accounts linked into the live mail, send and receive. its just Hotmail.

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (tls853) account.

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80072EFD

and the same message for the other two live accounts.

I have also tried to load Hotmail in IE and chrome and the page stays white and blank, on several computers in my house.

So heres the odd thing.... I am still getting those email accounts (send and receiving) to my phone though??!!???

Ive rebooted my computer several times, just performed a whack load of Microsoft updates... nothing was changed before to make this happen.. and a web search for help has been kinda useless.

The more I try and search, the more I find certain Microsoft webpages wont load, anything with live logins, certain troubleshooting Microsoft pages. but everything else seems to load??!?!?!?
