Virus in my Email

Every time I compose an email, this pops up:

Unable To reset my Hotmail Password

Hello 
I forget my hotmail account password so i tried to recover it via email option after 2or 3 tries still i did not get any email at my alternate email address

Kindly resolve my issue 

WLE will not re-install – Win7 (64-bit): Error code 0x80070643

Win7 (64-bit) – After WLM problems finally uninstalled WLE (includes WLM).  On reinstall WLE will not complete installation.

Error: 0x80070643 meaning a firewall issue.  Win firewall was ‘ON’ so tried install with it ‘OFF’ and again ‘ON’.  No good same error.

So how to get a good install ?

My account seems to have been deleted somehow!

It won't let me log into my old email and it just keeps saying that my account doesn't exist! I think my account may have been deleted because I have a twin brother and we recently turned 13 and our parents only got one email (probably for my brother) about us turning 13, causing them to no longer have as much control as before. I've tried for 2 days to get it back but I can't seem to figure out how to get it back. If there's anyway to restore a deleted account can someone tell me? If Microsoft could go into some sort of version file and find my account from a later period from maybe November 1st and restore it to it's previous version that would be great! Someone please help!

Alias account not being able to add

I have merged my two hotmail email accounts but I want to change my account so that I send emails from the other account that is not the primary one. Soooooo I am trying to set up an alias account so I can make this the primary one but when I go to add it it says the email address is already taken? But it's not listed in the alias account list... can anyone help me please?

Hi.
  I have windows 8. i installed windows live mail which I quite like.installed a few contacts and then found i had 110 contacts under the heading all contacts ,84 of which are Face book contacts which I dont want ,how do I get rid of them???.

Live Mail error 0x80048869

I get a Live Mail error 0x80048869 when try to access mail from my Outlook.com account, also sometimes it says Server error 0x8004804E.

Windows 8.1 Pro, Live Mail 2012.

Can some one explain these errors and how to fix them.

I can go to outlook.com through ninemsn homepage and log in to my mail without a problem.

 

Changing Billing Option

I have a problem. When I created my hotmail account I was living in Colombia. Now, I am living in USA, my cellphone and my xbox live were created with the account that I created in Colombia. The problem is that I have access to mostly Colombian promotions or apps and I want to change it. How can I change my billing option?

1. when i send email to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or some email @foster.com.vn then they are received my email

2. But when they send reply to me then I can not received them email, i don't understand why,
