I get this error report- There was an error when attempting to connect with Windows Live Calendar Service. If the error persists, check to see if there's an upgrade of Windows Live Mail available or contact a service representative. I cannot get my email
and even if it stays on long enough, I cannot open any pictures or attachments. VERY FRUSTRATING. What can I do to get it to stay on line?
I have an iPad mini. Out of sheer curiosity I selected the PC site at the bottom of the page and now I can't go back to the original format for the iPad. Can I do this
I have somehow managed to get locked out of my windows live account as it says that someone else maybe be using my account. I am unable to complete the questionnaire to verify thats it's mine as most of the questions are relating to who I sent an email
to and what the subject lines are. I have not sent an email from this account for years so do not have a clue what the subject lines may have been. I don't even care about the emails but I bought a windows phone last year and was told that in order to use
it I had to have a windows account. Since I already had a windows account I used my ***********@hotmail.com which then had all my contacts backed up to it. Now my windows phone has broken and I am unable to get any of my contacts due to my windows account
being locked.
The email address that they wish to send me a verification code to is no longer in use, it's so old that I dont even know the address and God knows what the mobile phone number they have on file for me is, it's probably one tat I had from my time living in the Netherlands but surely Windows could send me a verification code to my WINDOWS phone that I've had for the past year? Although I cant provide email subject lines I would be more than happy and able to provide many of my contact numbers that are saved on my account. Surely that's even safer? After emailing my problem to Microsoft and requesting support I got an email to say that I would have an answer in 24 hours. After constant checking of my email I finally received an email 30 hours later saying that they had responded to my support request. Their response was to close my case without reply. Very frustrating when I've been waiting for an answer and was under the impression that my case would be looked at by a person who would be able to us common sense. Whats just as frustrating is now I don't even have any more chances to try and complete the questionnaire and just get an email telling me to open a new account. I do not care about the account just my phone numbers.
Can anybody please help me get my phone numbers??

While attempting to download Kindle reader from the Windows 8 Store on my brand new laptop, I got the message "you're not old enough to install this app based on its age rating". I have no idea where this message is coming from - I am 45 years old, and
my profile on Outlook.com records that my year of birth is 1968.
Does anybody on this forum know what generates this error message? Is there some profile I'm supposed to set somewhere, or is this some kind of bug?
I registered with domains.live.com with my email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and have a domain abc.com listed there in order to use the emails for that domain. Now I am quiting the use of *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and registered a new email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I want to transfer
abc.com under that account. What can I do? I don't want to lose the emails currently in the mailbox.
