Hello.
I am no longer able to paste a hyperlinked text, in Windows Live Mail when composing a new message, from Firefox. This works with no issues on Thunderbird.

Recently, my hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) which I have been using more than 10 years has been hacked and I cannot access it.
I have personal contents in my account and I really want to recover my account.
I have been routed to automated recovery center and was not successful in my multiple attempts.
Please let me know what I can do to verify my account other than automated recovery center.

All of a sudden my Windows Live account will not open. The screen freezes and I get a "not responding" message. Then, I cannot close the window. I tried restarting several times, no success.
On Dec 5th pm my email stopped downloading on my desktop with an 0xDE00002 error code. We can get this account on our phones and I have sent some test emails from this account, but no downloads. I did nothing different - just topped working.

I have 2 live.com email accounts one works fine but the other fails to work on either of my pcs tablet or phone . It has never been an issue before , but I get the error shown above above . I can not even connect via the Hotmail web client to the said account

While using windows live mail it popped up "Windows live mail has stopped working..." I let it close and tried to reopen it but I get the same message. I tried repairing windows essentials and also uninstalled and reinstalled it. Nothing helps. Have
not encountered this problem before. I am running Windows 8.1, I also tried disabling the firewall and that did not help. Something in Windows Mail is causing itself to happen. This is my default mail handler so I need this fixed. HELP!
Where do I find a proper instruction manual for Windows Live Mail? I'm using version 2012, but I think it's pretty much the same as WLM 2011. When I click the help button it takes me to here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-live/windows-essentials-help?t1=t6#v1h=tab4. This is not a full help page, it just answers random questions.
In particular I want to know keyboard shortcuts for WLM.
