Windows 7  Windows Live Mail 2011

I receive error code 0x800CCC78  when trying to send email.  I can receive messages just fine and can send via my yahoo web service, but cannot send via windows live mail.  Have tried deleting messages from my  outbox and retrying, also disabled virus software  but still not working.  Please help!

Hi,

I have a business and when users register to my site we send a confirmation email that they must open and select a ink to register.

At present most of these emails go to the junk folder for users with a Microsoft email address (hotmail, outlook etc). This happens even though we have ensured that:

  1. DKIM Verification Status: verified
  2. Sender ID enabled
Using Amazon SES to send emails...

How do we fix this? What can we do to ensure our emails are received?

1) I had a Windows 7 PC with Live Mail and the mother board went bad.

2) I bought a new Windows 8 PC.  The old hard drive was still good so it was installed on the new PC as a backup drive.

3) All the old files were transferred to the new hard drive.

4) I downloaded Essential Live Mail and currently use it for email.

5) All attempts to find and import the old contacts and email messages/folders have failed.

Apparently, Live Mail can't find my contacts and emails and the folders appear to be hidden from my searches.  Given this sequence of events, how do I import my old contacts and emails from my own hard drive??

Thank you!!

I have Windows 7 and have been using Windows Live Mail for 2 years with no issues. When I try to open it, I get an error saying Windows Live Mail 2011 has stopped working. I use this email for work and have tons of emails I need. I went to the Control panel and did the repair Windows Essentials, but still the same issue. I can go to another user profile and it does seem to work. Please help.

All of a sudden my Windows Live Mail has started to present me with a box requiring me to: “Please enter your user name and password for the following server.” I did this and clicked OK but the box just comes back and I am unable to either send or receive E-Mails so what can I do to get rid of this “Logon”?

On Dec 5th the email for one account (have multiple live accounts) stopped working with this error message:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Msn (kkharder) (1) account.

Server Error: 4402

Server: 'https://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

What can I do?  I did a recovery to the same date, but that didn't help.

How can I send e mail to all contacts in a category group ?
Why would a one page word document, attached to an email,  become a prohibited document? This is absurd.
