I suspected that my Hotmail account was hack , and i request IP addresses who successfully and attempt to log in, so that at least i can find the location of the suspected hacker.

I want to eliminate some of the past reply's and attachments when replying to mail. Is there a way to slow down the frequency of the saves? With the auto save on, it saves them all even if I eliminate them while writing the reply. Then when I hit send,
it sends the whole batch. Please don't tell me to save the draft and then continue writing and quickly take out all the extra stuff and close it before it saves again.
I am unable to send emails from Outlook.com. But my account receives the incoming mails.
I received the notification a day or so ago that my SkyDrive account has been taken offline for suspicious activity or a violation of Microsoft's Terms of Use agreement or Code of Conduct. It really surprised me to see this, because I only use Skydrive for homework. I haven't been on SkyDrive for a couple of weeks due to travelling, so I don't see how I could have violated anything. It's really frustrating to have this happen without warning or notice and without the option to look at my account and try to fix the issue. If you could please look into this, I would great appreciate it. Thank you for your time.
