I have a hotmail account. I haven't logged in in a few weeks and now when I go to www,hotmail.com I end up in outlook. how do I log in to my hotmail account?
If i try to attach anything, Pictures, documents, resume, it all comes back as empty, anyone that can help me here??  :(
I previously had this problem. Every email I received was received in 5s. It took about 2 months or more before the problem was resolved. In about 3 weeks, I got the same problem again.

Could I please get a permanent solution to this problem? It's been frustrating waiting forever to get attention, then having the solution work only for a few weeks.
I have an IMAP Gmail account that I want to forward to Outlook.com.  I thought I’d followed all the set-up instructions for forwarding in Gmail and I even received an email in Outlook requesting confirmation of the forwarding request.  I clicked on the link to confirm and received a verification that Gmail was now able to forward to Outlook.  However, when I send myself a test message to the Gmail account from another email account I own, the message only goes to my Gmail Inbox and never gets forwarded to the Outlook.com Inbox.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.
Hi Richard I have been trying to get into my email account and it kept on saying what is the code? what code and why do I need a code? Before I was always able to get into my email now it will not let me get in why? Kimberly Tummon

I am trying to set up email for these  2 domains softrunnercouriers.com and softtrunnercouriers.co.uk which is for a startup courier company, but it is saying the same error everybody seems to be getting. You can visit the site to verify that it indeed is a courier company and seems to not contain inappropriate words in the domains.


I have recently had Carlo Unblock softrunnercouriers.co.uk but not the two above. Please I would be grateful if the two domains are allowed.

This is the problem/error I receive when attempting to download skydrive from the Microsoft site:

  • Make sure the web address https://skydrive.live.com is correct.
  • Look for the page with your search engine.
  • Refresh the page in a few minutes.
  • Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security
  • Check that all network cables are plugged in.
  • Verify that airplane mode is turned off.
  • Make sure your wireless switch is turned on.
  • See if you can connect to mobile broadband.
  • Restart your router.
 
Please help as I have had a new Surface RT for a week and cannot get my computer synced with the tablet because skydrive will not download to my computer.
 

Emails sent from our work addresses (non-Hotmail) to clients' Hotmail accounts are ending up in junk mail.  We are a small accounting firm, do not ever send spam or unsolicited mail.  How can we make sure our emails to our clients end up in their inbox?

HI All,

I have just started using the Mail App in Windows 8 which has been configured to my Outlook ID.
I was able to use it until about a couple of days ago for sending emails. 

A couple of days ago it asked for verification before sending emails, I verified the phone number and alternate email address. 
Now, my emails do leave the outbox but aren't received.

On the other hand, I can receive emails.

I also tried sending emails from the outlook.com website, no luck there either.
Can anybody help!

I keep getting this message when I try to send to group of 270 or so people. Always used to send. Have tries crossing off names which are idnetified but I keep on getting this message with another name at the end. Help! please!!
