While I understand that temporairly locking someone out of their account because they guessed the password incorrectly is necessary, it never got unlocked. I only used the account occasionally (it's the email I have fb and a few games signed up with) but
I need access to it and I don't have enough information for the form to reset it. Recently, I've needed a few emails that I had saved on that account so my need to get back in's increased.
So all I'm asking for is that the email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** be unlocked. I'm fairly certain I can guess the password, since I only used a mix between half a dozen, but for that to happen I need to get it unlocked first, so... please help?
I am locked out of my hotmail account.
It has asked me to complete the code verification process. Which I have done. But I still can't access my email.
I have spoken to three different Microsoft team members who have been unable to help me and no-one will give me a phone number to ring.
Who do I speak to and how do I get this sorted quickly?

I can't open some of my excel attachements on Outlook this massage pops up "cannot create : FILE NAME.xls. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder"?
Good morning, i have received an email from a society informing me someone had create an hotmail account with my name and surname and uses it to send my resume, downloaded by a website for translators where i uploaded it, without my permission!

I'm not receiving single-use codes on my mobile phone when Two-step verification is turned on. As soon as I turn TSV off, the single-use codes reach me within a minute I request it. But with TSV on, they never arrive. Due to this, I have to keep TSV turned
off.

Since Sept. 13, I have received not one single email of any type into my hotmail account - very strange and not realistic to assume nobody has emailed me. therefor, I must presume that something is wrong. But! I can't find anywhere to go to ask for assistance
in finding out why my account seems inactive. I can sign in, I changed my password, I deleted some old history thinking maybe I had a full Inbox - all without any change and no newemails. Anybody know what's happening to my account? Microsoft doesn't see to

For the past few weeks (cannot be sure when exactly the problem started) I have not been receiving email messages from one particular address.
The sender is checking at their end - is there anything I can check for myself? The address in question is coming from the domain @yahoo.com.au
and is in my safe senders list.
