SMPT + Mac Mail

Having issues with the SMPT server - still not able to send emails and I keep getting the message which I attach here as a picture for your reference.
Your help very much appreciated.
Note 1: Emails seem to be arriving to all folders including Inbox and Sent
Note 2 : A moderator requested me to open a new threat - via private message in the "IMAP throws Error 9 - Server error when fetching mail" thread.
Note 3: good job killing all those remaining bugs!


People sending me emails are receving bounce messages and keeps getting message that page cannot be displayed.

When trying to forward an email in Outlook, it forwards the entire conversation. How do you just forward the one email?

Hi I use hotmail and it was recently changed to Outlook. Now all of my emails are grouped into conversations.  When I want to forward one specific email to someone, it forwards the entire conversation including emails that were sent to and received from other people. How do I just forward one specific email without the conversations being forwarded as well?

I cannot receive emails from added accounts

I have set up two additional 'send and receive' accounts in outlook. One from a website using cpanel and another using gmail. Outlook says the accounts have been added and I can send emails from Outlook through both of the added accounts.


However, emails I receive to these accounts don't come through to outlook. I have had to set up an additional forwarding from both accounts, which was fine, but now only some emails appear to be coming through via the forwarding setup. I can manually forward emails from cpanel and gmail to outlook so I don't know why they aren't coming through automatically.

I have double checked the POP info and it is correct. I have no idea what else I can do...Please HELP!!!

Microsoft have stolen my photos. Microsoft have invaded my privacy by accessing my Skydrive account. Microsoft provide a support page for users who's account has been closed by them (Microsoft) but they never respond to messages sent from that page. Microsoft have stolen my photos. Are the Microsoft Community Moderators involved with Microsoft and accessing our accounts? MICROSOFT HAVE STOLEN MY PHOTOS. John Quintal

my account was hacked yesterday and sent a request to send money from everyone on my contact list. After reporting and getting back into my hotmail account, changing my password etc...everything is in another language that I dont understand. My emails and contacts are the only things in English. How do I change it? Please help!

Outlook(365) is not displaying all the emails from Outlook.com

I have seen lots of posts regarding android and iPhone's not playing nicely with Outlook.com, while not great it is understandable that Apple, Google and Microsoft have connectivity/communication hiccups.  My problem, however, is not as forgivable.  I have my email managed through an Outlook.com account.  I can see all the emails on my cell phone (iPhone 4) and on Outlook.com, but not all the emails show up on Outlook (365 - installed on my computer).  The pattern of emails not visible on Outlook 365 are those that I read and mark as unread.  Most of time, this occurs when I mark them as unread from my phone, but not always.  I have removed and reloaded the account on Outlook twice.  Each time it loads all the old emails, but it is hit or miss regarding whether it loads a new email that I mark as Unread.

 

Please help, I would like to help my colleagues get setup on Outlook.com so they can get off Gmail, but I don't feel comfortable helping them make the switch until this bug is fixed.
