I have the same problem with my wsk.lv domain ownership proving.

At the beginning i created account without outlook.com email and then proved that its my domain. Then i wanted to add outlook.com email to it, and it showed that i need to prove the ownership again. After that i created new DNS records to my domain as required, but verification isn't working for me. 
Domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language.

Just recently, the facebook profile pictures have been replaced with the grey avatar on my incoming emails
I am able to login to outlook, but   the only thing i am able to see is an empty inbox area. Contacting support seemed to be my next logical step.
my windows live account stopped receiving emails one week ago. 
emails seem to send ok. 
What is the remedy!

Thank you for your response.  However like I said, this is my second time experiencing the same problem, and I remembered the procedure.  I have already submitted the online form which is not very flexible since it is predesigned form with no space to put any explanation about the situation.  I have already got the issue number and waiting for the reply.  Can we exchange this email privately?  Last time the person who answer to my question had private personal link so only the person and I were able to exchange questions and answer.  So whoever reply to this email now, can you please help to talk in private that I can directly reply back with the further questions?  That's how I communicated to recover last time.  I don't want to write all the detail to post in community.  Hopefully you can get back to me in timely manner.  Again, I have issue number for the request form I submitted and it might be faster and easier to look into my account if I give you that number.  Please respond asap with private link.  Thank you.
I've been having this issue for the last two weeks. The emails people send my company get automatically forwarded to our Outlook.com address, and there have been many, many emails that have not come through. They are not going to the JUNK folder, they just never come through. These are all coming from different people, using different email services, so adding them to the 'safe sender' list would take one heck of a psychic. Thank you in advance for looking into this.  -Brian
