Well, I see there are more peoples with the same problem.

I am unable to close my Live account because it says I have to cancel any paid services and/or Microsft Points, which I don't have.
If you need my UID or any other info, please respond. 

How do you delete a username in the drop down box that has the password on the end, because it did not get tab down? If someone types the first letter one of the drop downs gives them the password also.

I thought I had written down the correct email / password that I used to register my domain, but upon logging in, it says I have no domains registered. I have access a few email accounts associated with it (just not the admin) and can successfully email with them so I know I'm just using the wrong login for the admin account.

1. How can I obtain my login info (I can provide any information necessary to prove my identity)

2. If I'm forced to register a new domain account and re-add all the email accounts, then won't each email address lose its data?
When I try to print an email, I can only get part of it printed! What am I doing wrong??

I haven't sent any large files recently nor is there any files stuck in my outbox. The only unusual activity I have undertaken recently is to create a new folder to organise my files.

Could a member of the community offer any advice to solve this problem?
