Hi,

We have two hosted domains in Windows Live Domains, lounge.cl and loungestore.cl. While loungestore.cl has a 500 account limit, lounge.cl is more recent and has only 50.
If it's possible I'd ask if you could please upgrade the number of accounts to 500. We currently use Google Apps. for lounge.cl and are quite fed up with their service. The idea is to consolidate lounge.cl and loungestore.cl under a single domain in Windows Live Domains and lounge.cl is shorter and cleaner.

The user in this thread had his account upgraded to 3500 accounts, so I hope that 500 won't be too much trouble.

Additionally, the Live Domains Admin Control Panel has the following, quite inviting message near the bottom of the page:
  • Need more accounts? You can have more accounts for free. Contact support to make this request. 
I know that Office 365 doesn't have user limits, but unfortunately it's way, way too expensive for us. I would greatly appreciate it if you could upgrade the domain.

PS: I'm aware that the lounge.cl domain still has the old MX records that point to Google, however I did verify the domain ownership by adding the TXT record to our DNS server. I haven't changed the MX records because I need to create more users before I can replace Google's servers. I hope that this will be enough to prove that we own the domain.

Recently I've noticed that my skydrive no longer syncs my files and the reason is that skydrive crashes after less than a minute from start-up.

Well, I tried to have a conversation with someone over chat but apparently I have to post my complaint to your forum, which seems foolish but anyway - just doin' what I'm told

Despite having the standard security setting active, it appears that replies to job applications I've been sending out are being filtered into my junk mail box and then deleted. I use Thunderbird to view my email and the junk folder isn't present in the way I set up the programme. This is not an issue for me, I knew that was how I organised it and I did it on purpose. What I don't understand is why email addresses like *** Email address is removed for privacy *** would get filtered to junk at all. Luckily, I was on another computer today checking my email and saw a reply from one of hundreds of jobs I applied for while cleaning out emails. 

If possible, I need access to the last 3 months of automatically deleted junk mail files. Badly. I must look like a complete idiot to these people who have been replying to me, or worse, a complete jerk. My industry is tiny where I am, and I'm applying for jobs with the same 6-10 companies essentially, if not directly then to their subsidiaries. 

Also, while I'm here: I realise I'm about to get shouted down for posting this in the wrong place. Where is the right place to post this?

   Can I block a specific domain?  " .biz " is sending me 150 messages a day.  I have my OUTLOOK.COM set to EXCLUSIVE but by the time the '10 day auto delete happens, I will have over a thousand stressful messages from marketers I don't use, like, need or want to ever hear from again.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi.  I saw this posted in the past and I have a similiar problem since 10/4 (Friday).   I accidently changed my account (AGE setting), now it's thinks  I'm a minor and I need parental permission to my login.  It says I need a parent to sign into the account and grant permission to access email account. I am the parent and I have been using the this account for many years.  It is important account I have all my family's smartphones using this account.  Can someone please help me?  I had to create another account just to request help.  That sucks...
I can't click on any messeges to open it because it immediately jumps to the beginning of my inbox list.
I've been trying for a while now to cancel my account but I keep getting the message...

"You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account."

I don't have any paid services or points to cancel.

Since updated to explore 10.5 cant send ANY e-mails with either sharing a photo or attachment or both. get error code 0x80004005. sits in send box cant look can only delete e-mail
