Hi. I want to change my email signature. I currently have one but want to change some information in it. When I try to change it, it says Error 403: Access Denied. I have followed some instructions that I have found through the community page and updated
my browser as well as clearing cache/history. Can anyone help with this? I have tried using different browsers as well as different computers.- Sarah
the synchronous | feature does not work well on my phone, it works with wifi network, but it doesnt work with my 3G network, do you have any idea why? |

I just recently logged back onto my account and I lost all of the emails I had due to the switch-over to Outlook, can I please get help restoring them? Thanks.
This account is years old so there is a ton of important emails that have gone by the wayside because of said switch over.
... on my drop down box under the "Manage" tab and Outlook won't allow me to create a group with the people I want. I went online and have the correct instructions to build a group - it's just not letting me do it. I have an older version of Outlook,
probably 2003.
I have 12 people and 13 e-mails to add, but it keeps building me a "group" of 7 people. The same people - over and over again when I keep trying to re-do it. The group function ignores the other 5 people even though they have msn and gmail addresses.
I even made sure each person is in my personal address list.
then I though I'd just build a secondary group -- it only added the first person to the list and ignored the other 4 people.
1) Why is my manage drop down box different than it should be (missing the "manage groups" option).
2) Why can't I add whoever I want to to my group/s?
What is wrong and how can I fix this?
Finally, is there any backdoor way to contact Microsoft and get help?

All of my emails have been deleted since I switched to Outlook. A lot of other people have been having this problem as well, can someone please help me out?

Obviously it is some problem with the server not able to connect. I have tried umpteen times on clearing the cache to optimise browsing experience but i still receive the same old error while trying to connect to Outlook.com

Good evening everyone. a current family member has had her account password hacked/stolen. We have tried the regular routes to try to recover the password as in with the security question was not an option since she had the account for a very long time
and forgot the answer. Also after chatting with a Live agent she directed me to the form to fill out with the account info and the last emails send and whatnot. The problem is that when trying to submit the form there is a message that pops up saying that
there have been too many recovery requests for the account which is weird since there were no requests that were made that i know for a fact (I know that Microsoft has a 3 requests per 24 hours rule) which is leading me to believe that someone else might be
trying to access the account. I tried to find a phone number to talk to an agent but that proved fruitless since Outlook.com does not have any phone support I believe. If anyone else have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

I on Sept 26 received an email from the Skydrive team saying, due to a performance issue, my skydrive account has been turned read-only. Now it's been about two weeks, and my account is still read-only. As a paid user, I am very unsatisfied with the downtime.
I would really be glad to know if someone can help to turn it back to normal.
