Why does Event title change to private event when moved to new calendar?

Thank you for reading my post.  My wife and I share an outlook.com Calendar which contains all the days we have her stepdaughter and all the stepdaughters events.   My wife recently added a bunch of re-occurring events for the daughter some of which show on days we don't have her so I asked her to remove them because I don't want to see the events on the days we don't have her.

 

if she goes into outlook.com > Calendar > Clicks on the event > and changes the event from the shared calendar to her private outlook calendar, the title of the event changed to private event

 

We were just curious as to why?

I have tried several times to reset my password using their online support.  Each time it is denied and now they have told me to open a new account?  How can I possibly get all the information out of my account like banking, medical, school and other sensitive information.  I have been on the phone for two days trying to get someone to help me.  In the last message they told me to post on this forum...This is absolutely ridiculous!!!  I need my information right away!!

Someone please help me.

Just bought a new HP laptop. There is no content in my Hotmail folders. Anyone know why?

It's an HP 15-E037CL, running IE.  Can access content of my Hotmail folders on my old computer running XP in Firefox. I just get a message saying "No new messages from the last two weeks".  I can read messages in the Inbox, and the few messages I have deleted in the Deleted box.  Any help greatly appreciated!

Windows Live Mail and PGP

Some people keep sending mail that shows as attachment, they said that I see it as such 'cos Outloo/LiveMail does not have PGP. Is this true and how do I get problem resolved?

I have hotmail.com on my blocked senders list and I cant remove it. I am therefore not receiving emails from new hotmail senders. Please help

I am trying to log into my email account and when I try it sends a security code to my second email address.  When I try

Outlook Alias/Email Address

I created an outlook.com alias to use with my primary account.  I decided that I would need another full outlook.com account for this purpose.  So, I canceled my alias.  When I sign up for a new outlook.com account with that same alias, I get address already taken message. 

 

How long after an alias cancel does outlook.com take to make this account name available again?
