Would like to know if there is any truth on an email I received asking to update my info or loose my account.
I been try for a few times to cover back my previous hotmail but the support team keeps said that the information given is not enough and suggest me to open up a new account. What can i do now? some of the email inside is important to me, i need to get
it back.

I need to recover some deleted messages from my son's hotmail account. I believe he has been the subject of online abuse and would would like to find some evidence of the perpetrators. I have tried the normal recover deleted messages from deleted folder but it only recovers a few recent files.
Any help would be appreciated

I just want to add another message about the images not showing up in the body of email messages problem. I too am having ongoing issues with images not showing in the body of my email. ie. "insert picture inline". As per the numerous suggestions offered
to other posters experiencing similar issues:
1. I have cleared the cache multiple times
2. I have the problem across multiple browsers chrome/IE/Firefox.
3. I have silverlight installed.
4. I have tried changing the settings to group by conversation and preload images and the reset the setting the other way - neither option helps.
5. I shouldn't have to worry about safe sender, as I am the sender and I can't see the images on emails that I have sent.
6. I have always been able to insert an image that lives on my computer ie. in one of my photograph files/folders. I have never had to upload the image to another site in order to share it.
I use images/gifs ALL the time in the body of my emails and this is a real deal breaker for me. I went to GMAIL and came back, but already, am regretting it. These issues are being talked about all over the internet, please give us the fix!

Live.com wanted me to put in a code number, unfortunately I left it till I had used my last login without the password. so when I asked for the code it wouldn't let me log in to my account (as I had used my last chance). There was no other option only 'I don't use this account anymore' so I ended up using that. big mistake as then I got a message saying my account would be closed on 4th November 2013. I do use this account (all the time) and cannot have it closed down.

Very simply this is an annoying restriction easily resolved, why are Microsoft delaying this but still selling increased Skydrive space ???
When I try to head to the website to check my email, I get "This web page is not available" and has been happening for quite a few days.
I have tried this on many devices, but it is still unresponsive. I can still access other websites.
I have seen in other places that some people are having the same problem with Outlook.com, but I have not managed to find a solution.
Can anyone help me with this, please? I would really appreciate it.

Im having issues creating a domains.live.com account for one of my clients websites.
The website address is www.skidpix.co.uk and will be a website for Rally Photography, hence the domain name he has chosen.
