I use Outlook. I have a Hotmail.co.uk account and also another email address - both emails arrive into my outlook. Since yesterday I have been unable to receive emails from the other email address. If an email is sent then this is the message received: 'The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly'
Since yesterday afternoon I have a deleted a large amount of emails, also moved some from inbox to folders but still not working! Thank you for your help is solving this problem.
I am not sure if this will sort your problem, but I had the same issue as you. I found that whenever I signed in to my hotmail account on my mac, I could not access anything in my POP file, but whenever I signed in on my desktop (Windows), the file was
there.
It's worth trying.
I have Microsoft Outlook 2010 and since the swich over I cannot receive my hotmail in my hotmail account in outlook. I have all our email accounts in ms outlook 2010, but since the change over, I can only view my Hotmail mail by logging in to Outlook.com.

An hour back, mails more than a week old were suddenly deleted from my Inbox, leaving behind only the mails received in the last 7 days. The other folders (Sent/Junk/Deleted) were not affected. Thankfully, I was able to locate and manually move the deleted
mails from the Deleted folder into the Inbox.
I use Exchange ActiveSync with my Nokia N8 phone, but the above mails were still showing in my phone's Inbox at the time.
Also, I have the "Don't let devices or apps delete messages from Outlook. If the app or device is set to delete, Outlook will move the messages to a special POP folder instead." option enabled.

I am able to access my account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** via outlook client but cannot access it via the web portal.
Hi,
After recently searching for a recent email I realised that I have lost thousands of emails. The only emails I have in my inbox are from within the last month. The last 5+ years, over 1000 emails, have disappeared.
Trying to 'recover deleted emails' doesn't work.
Please help me.
