My emails are missing from before August 13th. I have two pages of emails and that's it. I NEED my emails back as there is important information in them. This only happened when I was upgraded to outlook without choice and the woman I spoke to on
the online chat was NO HELP at all. Why are so many people having this problem and Microsoft is doing nothing to resolve it? I have not deleted these emails myself by accident. As far as I am aware they are always stored on the server as I did not have this
problem before outlook. I have tried going to restore deleted emails and that did nothing either. Please can someone help me retrieve my emails from more than 3 months ago as I desperately need two of them today.

I have a small company in Greece. Its website is www.slas.gr
My email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
Recently I discovered that slas.gr recieves emails from any other mail except of @hotmail.com.
So when I send an email for example from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I get a Delivery Status Notification ( Delay ) and then a Delivery Status Notification ( Failure )
Could you pls help as it is important for my company?

these times I have 2 independt microsoft accounts. First is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" and "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***". I want to affiliate these 2 accounts together. I want to have the "...prostejinej.cz" account like the primary one. And the "...outlook.com" like an alias.
Can you help me how to proceed this action?

I believe the email address "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" is actually mine, but Outlook says it is in use. How can I tell if it Really is mine

Most people to whom I send a skydrive link can read the uploaded document. One however says "Initially they are blocked by McAfee – but even when I click ‘show contents’, nothing comes up" - any solutions please?
I am at the University of Aberdeen and we are supposed to receive an email account and Skydrive account from Microsoft. My university email address logs me into my email account on Office 365 email but it is not recognised as a Microsoft account on Skydrive or anywhere else. We were told that Microsoft should administer us a Skydrive account (and other people at uni do have one) but I have not received one. I asked our IT services for help but they said since it is administered by Microsoft they can't do anything.

I can not sign in my live.com account which I haven't used for long time. I applyed many time for support, fill the formal form several times and the only thing I got was an automatically answer like see our unswers in the following link. I said to the sender that the link sent can not be openned ( I tried in several different computers ), so what the point of that kind of support?
I do have a primary active hotmail account but I need to have an access to data I saved in the older live.com account. I hope that finally, someone will really understand my problem and will help solve it. I'll appreciate it so much.

My Company name is showing in GMAIL has Jennifer K instead of Smart Solutions.
Since I use this mail for my official uses its very embracing me to see Jennifer K & I often get reply from my customer asking who is this Jennifer K.
Please help me otherwise I may have to create new E-Mail ID.
