As title - get a long string of text, no pictures, can't access emails though I can see the titles. I am on Virgin Media.

I changed my primary at msn.com to alias at live.com. I wanted to change it back from alias at live.com to primary at msn.com. It says I can't do this, even though the listing under "Account" shows both my origional primary address and my alias with both selections with choices of making either one as "primary" How do I change it back?
Why did I change it in the first place? I had added an alias and the first time I wanted to send a new email the new alias showed up in a pull down menu. But when I wanted to send another new email, the new alias wasn't listed. So I thought if I had changed the primary to the new alias I could then send the necessary emails to various people. After sending to the various people. I pulled down the menu to change the TO to my msn.com email TO address, but it wasn't listed. I want to go back to where my primary email address is: primary AT msn.com. HELP!!!
My hotmail account is locked due to suspicious activity and I've been prompted to have an access retrieval code sent to my alternate email. I've been using this email for over 5 years and the alternate email has been locked out due to inactivity. I've
filled out multiple questionnaires requesting info to confirm that I am the owner of the account but to no avail. I've spoken to a rep on the phone, on a live chat and have tweeted Microsoft support but all have told me to keep submitting the questionnaire.
I really need to get back onto my account for various business and school related items.

I am a 75 year old female and I recieve offers for male enhancement products and other offensive offers daily. Where do these people get my email address? I have never ordered any product that would lead one to believe I was interested in theirs. Every
time I go to my e mail, I sweep the junk mail, but it doesn't stop. Is there anything I can do to prevent it?
