Question about Outlook Express

Just as the title says, I have two Outlook accounts with one automatically forwarding emails to the other.  I also have "Save a copy to the Inbox" checked and yet emails with attachments aren't being saved.  Is there something I missed?

is there a way to view next email w/o reverting back to the list of emails in a folder you are viewing??

A little while I go I setup two step verification on my account to stop my ex wife from accessing my email, recently the phone I was using broke along with the sim card. I have went through the account recovery but its asking me to wait 30 days, now if I didn't urgently need access to the account I wouldn't normally bother, but I have something ongoing relating to my ex wife and need access to the account, but one of the largest companies in the world is telling me they have no physical way to remove the two step verification to allow me access, why this is funny is because I have read posts of google granting access to some of its account holders when similar things have happened. I am wanting to know if there is any other way I can get access to the account.

I've finished editing my video, and now I'm trying to render it (save movie), but whenever I click on the SkyDrive option to render, it closes the drop-down window on the upper left hand corner, and doesn't start rendering the video. I'm still able to save the project itself, but I can't save it as an mp4.

I am computer illiterate...don't know much about computers...am getting a message on my screen that says my computer is over quota...what does that mean and how do I correct this....thank you..*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I am getting this error every time I try to login to my Live account. It is a school email and currently active account that is very important for me. I tried searching through the forums but could not find any solution.

Please let me know what to do to access my account.
