I was wondering if someone can help me.
I am not receiving emails from a certain email address until after 5pm. I receive emails from every other address regularly and throughout the day.
Basically its every email ending is this address that is delayed.
I have Outlook 2013 with my incoming server being POP.
Would someone be able to help me please
I am unable to use Windows Live Mail 2011 because of error ID 0x8DE00002. When do you anticipate it being fixed?

step1) visit domains.live.com and sign in with my hotmail account.
step2) visit my dyndns to update my txt and mx records to values suggested by domains.live.com.
step3) refresh domains.live.com to see if they can see I've added the records. Domains.live.com was aware of my updates, and allowed me to immediately create email accounts under my domain name (like: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** )
step4) sent email from the account at outlook.com and received it at another computer outside the outlook.com.
step5) reply back from computer on the outside an recieve a bounce back indicating DNS hard error looking up the MX supplied by domains.live.com. When performing an NSlookup, I do see the mx record supplied by MS for my domain.
Where do I go from here?
I downloaded Skydrive client a while ago and have been keeping My Pictures folder synced to Skydrive.com. However, I recently noticed that several new folders in My Pictures are not appearing in my SkyDrive folder or on SkyDrive and I can't figure out to make sure SkyDrive sync includes those subfolders.
For example, on my PC, the library folder Pictures > My Pictures has a folder called Wedding that is synced and appears in my SkyDrive folder in a subfolder I created called Photos. I recently added a folder on my PC in Pictures > My Pictures called Baby with photos but that subfolder Baby is not appearing in my SkyDrive > Photos folder. If I drag and drop it into the SkyDrive folder, it just moves it rather than setting up sync. I've closed and restarted SkyDrive and looked at FAQ and Help topics, but can't figure this out.
"Photo Gallery: WLXPhotoGallery.exe - No Disk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into Drive E:."
with the options Cancel, Try Again, Continue.
At that point , none of those choices lets me get out or continue, and I cannot get into or close Photo Gallery.
The only thing that lets me continue is to put an SD card (any SD card) into Drive E, then Try Again gets me in. Then I can remove the SD card with no apparent problems.
As background, Drive E is my SD card reader. I normally take my SD card out of my camera and put it into this drive, then, outside of Photo Gallery, copy my photos to folders on my hard drive. Then I use Photo Gallery to edit and email photos.
This problem just started happening with my latest photo upload. I since deleted all the folders and photos from my hard drive that I just loaded but that doesn't help. Apparently Photo Gallery is still looking for something on Disk E but I don't know what or how to change that.
The only thing I can think of that I might have done differently this time is that instead of dragging my photos from my SD card to a hard drive folder directly, I selected them on my SD card, did Copy, then did Paste onto my hard drive; but I don't know why that would cause any problem.
If there's no way to fix this, are all my tags, etc stored in the photo files, so I could try uninstalling Photo Gallery and re-installing it and keep the data? But I wonder if that would even do any good.
And off-topic but how does Photo Gallery fit into Category Outlook.com,Skydrive?
I'm on a desktop with Windows 7.

The reason why I am asking you to do so is for us to assist you with your issue individually as well as for your convinience. It will also help you and the forum moderators who will be handling the issue to have a better communication in resolving the issue.
