Question about Outlook Express

the credit specialist, credit score, credit report, etc. this are the messages I always in my email, when they send this junk by the 10 or 15 messages per seconds.

When logging into Hotmail (and on different accounts) using ie10 or Mozilla Firefox or Chrome,  on two different computers .(Windows 7 Ult. 32bit and Windows 7 Pro 64 bit) the screen takes an age to load up (I have a very fast fibre optic connection 100Mb) after the login page (which appears normal and ok) I do not see my email except as a sort of text page as depicted below. When I try to get status the same thing happens, when I try www.microsoft.com the same thing happens. I got to this page by using www.windows.com not Microsoft. This has been going on for two days now. I have reconfigured all my browsers etc.  Once tonight I actually got into the normal window but on logging out and then logging back in again it has defaulted to what you see below. (which I have copied and pasted) Help would be much appreciated.

Hi, when I try to sign-in using my email address:

It says account doesn't exist!!!!!! Its impossible! I need a solution to it URGENTLY!

I am sure my account exists! I have tried signing in using *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but it DOESNT WORK!

I received an email saying my issue was escalated and I would be provided with additional help from a support agent.  I followed the directions of the response and nothing changed.  I wrote back and have received no reply.  When I try to go on the old private message it does not open.  This is incredibly frustrating and would really appreciate assistance in locating my many lost emails. Thank you.

hiya hotmail worked fine day before but now seems slow loading and all i get is a badly looking page with blue bands on top need help
as this is my main email account.

I was made to update my hotmail account on my iPhone to Outlook and was unaware and there was no warning that now when I delete email from my phone they will delete from the server also.  I consequently deleted a number of important folders from my phone that I did not need on the phone but do need on the server, but they have deleted on both.  I need those folders and the contents back urgently.  I have tried recovering deleted emails and it seems to have brought some emails back, mainly older ones, but they are no longer in the folders.  Does this mean I have to go through each email and manually move them back to newly created folders.  Please no!! as their are thousands.  What about others that still seem to be missing that I have tried to seach for to no avail.  I also want to stop this action from happening again.  I want to be able to delete messages from my phone but keep them on the server.  I have read the forums and done as suggested but it does not work.
