I am unable to get into my account. Everytime I sign in it says that outlook is having problems and I should try again. I have changed my password that does nothing. My daughter has no problems getting into her account.
Microsof - Outlook has no help button within their e-mail service.
Never heard of it for a professional and friendly service.

Since approx mid-day yesterday I have not been able to access my emails - the page stalls when I sign in - looking at http://downrightnow.com/hotmail
it shows major disruption to the network - what is going on? I still cannot access this morning - page still stalls. Have tried to also access from another device and get same problem so it is not a problem at my end? Please explain???

I entered my Yahoo email address and password. I got this message:
"Check your email address and password, but the problem may be that Yahoo! requires you to subscribe to Yahoo! Mail Plus. Learn more"
The "Learn More" link is broken.
Now what, Microsoft? Is there really more to learn about this error? Do you actually know what caused this error? Is there a way to get email from a Yahoo account to be received/sent from an Outlook.com account?
If there's nothing to "learn more" about this error, you might want to post a statement that this feature will not work with Yahoo email accounts. If you post the statement via a link, please make it a working link so that we can "learn more".

Hi I can access my email account but the page configuration is all wrong. It's like it isn't loading up right and there are boxes missing and when I try to open an email I can't. Just wondered if anyone else had the same problem and how this can be sorted?

For the past few days, I've been having problems receiving emails from people; they all seem to be getting the same Delivery Status Notification. When I asked them to email my gmail account things worked fine both with them emailing me and my replies to
them, so I'm assuming it's something directly linked to my account
The message they received was this:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.
(email address)
If anyone could tell me the problem that would be greatly appreciated
I have had this problem for quite a while now, I tried to follow the steps given in the reply for the problem, in the forum, but nothing happened.
Please help me with this issue, its really inconvenient to live without my Hotmail.
