I have this problem with Hotmail (Outlook) but not with other sites.

After entering the sign-on details it takes ages to display my mail and the display looks like a list, as if the html isn't working properly.

I have tried 3 different browsers and it the same on each.

My Windows updates are all ok (set to update automatically).

Also curiously if I go to microsoft.com I get the same problem (taking ages to load and then the a 'list' view) but if I then click to go to support.microsoft.com that page displays fine.

Done the obvious re-boot but it has been like this for over 24 hours now.

Help please in resolving the problem?

My hotmail homepage has been scrambled for the last 2 days and will not respond, so cant open emails etc. Absolutely no idea what to do and microsoft virtual support gave me a number to ring which had lots of options to press and asked lots of personal information before telling me to post on the forum!! Im so frustrated.
I use Windows 7; Firefox and Hotmail. Over the last few days I have had the same 5 or 6 e-mails popping up regularly ( every 10 minutes or so) in my sent box. I have deleted the originals ( they were quite old) and all of the rogues, but they keep returning. The only new thing is I have a new phone, a Galaxy III. I can receive and send e-mails no problem but my sent box is full of theses repeats.As far as I know they are not actually being received by anyone as noone has complained to me. I do not use any other operating system for e-mail; I sign in using my hotmail details.
im really disspointed with microsoft.. i signed up for skydrive because of the 25gb life time offer and its unfair to downgrade us just because we didnt fit to certain criteria of usage :(

All my emails in the Inbox are missing since before 30.09.2013. Emails on 30.09 are there. The emails moved to folders are also still in the folders. 

When I checked my email in my Phone and Tablet, most of the emails are still there even after syncing. So, the emails are only missing when I access Hotmail through internet browsers (Chrome and Firefox). 

I have already cleared cache and cookies but to no avail. 

Please help me

*p/s: I have posted this before and given a private message to a link supposedly to help me personally. However, the status has been changed to close even before the issue has been resolved. 
Hi guys, I basically just created this account for help on this topic. My Sister lost her Nokia Lumia 920 and can't seem to find it. So we were told that she must go to www.windowsphone.com log in and find her phone which is fine, the thing is she can't remember her password to her account. We think it's *** Email address is removed for privacy *** but not 100% certain. We tried to every password we could think of but nothing! So we tried to reset it but it gave us security question like this "Anniversaire [jj/mm/aa]" which we don't know how to answer because it looks like French. But after a couple attempts it looks like they blocked us saying something like "You've entered the wrong password to many times, please try again later" The thing is we only created that account because she wanted to download apps from the windows phone store and did not even use the account for email's or Xbox stuff. So we tried to fill out the questionnaire, but no luck there also because it is asking you stuff like credit card details, last email addresses you sent emails to, last folders you created etc... But like I said my sister never used it so when we complete the questionnaire with that boxes left open they email us back saying "Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership." 

So we tried everything but no one can help us! Nokia can't, her Carrier can't, there's know contact number for Microsoft or windows phone here in South Africa :(  So we don't know what to do anymore

I setup a new outlook.com account using a custom domain. I ran a DNS report to make sure everything was compliant, but got dinged because the mail server was not accepting emails to abuse@mycustomdomain and postmaster@mycustomdomain.

I then created aliases for both abuse@mycustomdomain and postmaster@mycustomdomain and ran the report again. This time the postmaster@mycustomdomain alias passed, but not abuse@mycustomdomain. Still says the mail server is not accepting emails for that address.

Anyone know why the mail server is not recognizing or accepting email to the abuse@ address?

I have a custom domain in the Windows Live Admin Center. However I get an error message now that my service has been suspended. And I can't login to Outlook.com with my email address.


Any ideas what I can do to enable the service again?
