I am trying to help my mother regain access to her hotmail.com account and I am having a heck of a time being I get the run around every time when chatting or calling Microsoft to help. I have gone through the processes to recover her password a dozen times and we still are not able to get access. There has been several case numbers on the issue opened by customer service, but I keep getting the same results. Here is what I have tried: I have tried entering the answer to her secret question, which was incorrect and is now stating that it has been tried too many times. I have had a single-use code texted to her phone and it was never received. I have had the email sent to her alternative email address on file and nothing has been received. And lastly I have filled out as much information in the form to verify the account and there is not enough information being entered. I have called customer service for their assistance and keep getting pushed back to the chat assistance and the chat assistance tells me to call customer service. I know there is an easier way to retrieve a password being a few years ago I had the same issue with not being able to correctly answer my secret question. I was sent a reset website and it was a piece of cake to reset it. This time it has been nothing but a nightmare! I have recommended to someone the other day to get an email address through Hotmail.com or live.com and I am taking that recommendation back! This is terrible! The customer service representatives are not helpful in any way! The bottom line is that it is VERY important that my mother gets back into her email being that she has hundreds of business cards out with this specific email address listed as a contact. I know the account is still active being I sent an email to her address from mine and I did not get the notification back saying it’s not able to be delivered. Is there any hope to getting this resolved without having the run around?!?!? PLEASE HELP!!!

We have a new computer that has Microsoft 7 as well as functions of 8.  The computer is an HP 500. I need to set up an interactive calendar that I will maintain but has appointment spaces for several employees and has the option to invite office personnel to make additions or send me emails to make changes.  It has been several years since I have used Outlook so I am not real familiar with the new Outlook.  Is there a tutorial that I can use to educate myself on its operation?
I cannot send reply or new emails from my PC although it receives email without any trouble.
Okay I'm sick of how this is getting handled! I've called support 3 times, and written twice and they sent me here. IN DETAIL this is how this **** happened! I wanted my XBOX live id to be connected to a different email address (the one on it was hacked), for SOME reason when I added this address to my account it created a totally different one, that i didn't even care about. So I called support, this idiot told me in order to get the email FREE from that **** id, that I had to make it so it wasn't attached. Here's how that went: -Made me create alias onto primary account. -Told me to make THAT alias (chibimiki) primary, and then DELETE the account for my primary email (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) -(WAS NOT AWARE EMAIL AND FOLDERS WERE GONE YET) - Told me to CLOSE account for chibimiki. -Told me account was free to be put on another live id, and to sign in to make sure. Signed into *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (ACCOUNT DOES NOT EXIST is what I got in return) -Agent had to then get supervisor because he didn't know where he messed up. Supervisor told me to contact HOTMAIL support. Contacted support, sent me BACK to XBOX. New xbox agent said other person had no idea what he was doing and told me to reactivate the account (chibimiki), was not able to recreate *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Had to add as an ALIAS to chibimiki for it to come back. Told me to make Otakuchibishojo as primary again, got my CONTACTS back but ALL my folders and important emails are LOST. Tried to contact live support (chat box) said they should be able to help and to wait 24 hrs for a response. Got response, told me they could fix it, and then for some reason closed my case and refused to help! Sent me here because they said a "Moderator" would be able to help better. All I know is because I was stupid enough to ask XBOX for help with something they ruined my account. There were VERY important emails/documents in that account and I want them back! I've asked for help so many times that I'm sick of it. Is there actually someone who can help me here? Or do I need to just get a hold of some sort of supervisor for outlook? Or do they just not care about their people? All I'm asking is can I get my stuff back? Because there HAS to be a way to get it back.
when i send an email the email says From: Hotmail instead of my name.  I checked my profile, but i can't see where to fix this

Last few days receiving lots of spam mails to hotmail inbox.

Set spam mail filters and few id has been added to the blocked list also. No result.

Cant configure this account in Outlook, because My employee's are not paying for the subscription. Any one suggest on the permanent resolution for this?

Can they be restored? How are they disappearing?

              I had configured your awesome mail service with my paid domain www.raghuveerorganics.com, now i want a password reset service to be enable in this domain so that in future if needed i can reset the password of email accounts of this domain whenever required.

              This domain is for a Chemical Manufacture company want to keep there self in communication with customer through enquiry or may be mail correspondence.
