I have spoke to your online chat support and they have advised to post here, I cant access my hotmail/microsoft account as do not know the answers to my security question (account was setup when I was younger) and the secondary email isn't one I use either,
i have tried the online form aswell but have been told the information i provided couldnt verify that i am the account holder, I am currently paying for an xbove live service which i cannot access as i need this password can you please advise how i can recover

Hi, I've been stupid and forgotten what account my skydrive is connecting to. I thought it was a particular email address but microsoft has allowed me to create that just now - so obviously not. Consequently I can't get to my account from another computer
although it opens automatically on this one.

Hi,
I checked my email today and realized that all the emails are missing! I tried to recover deleted emails but I could only recover 18 of them - all of which were sent recently.
However, I still have access to the old emails when using my iPhone. Anyone knows why and how I can recover those emails on my computer?
