I recently set my son up with a Microsoft Account (this is not the local Windows Account) in which I used the wrong date of birth. He now has an account which needs age verification. I went thru that whole process several times only to be charged $.50 each time and have a web page come up as having a "Temporary Problem, come back later". Well $4.00 later and a lot of frustration, I just decided to delete that account and create a new one. Unfortunately, in order to do so, I have to complete the age verification process first (see problem above). I have been thru Microsoft phone support (about 3 hours worth) and no one can seem to come up with an answer. Their best solution was to create a different account name (new Microsoft Account). This is not a suitable solution as my son has cognitive challenges; in this case change does not equal good.
I just want to delete the existing account and recreate it - any one have any thoughts?
Then when I tried to log in, a message that someone else logged my account in another computer appeared, and asked me to change my info, which I have already done now.
I have important data on my email, and I would like to know if my email has been compromised or not. Is it possible to check it out by seeing the last ips that loggeed my acount? the whole thing happened in the last 24 hours.
And I wanna know if it was just an error or something because I'm scared. I was hoping this was just some kind of error, because my email password wasn't even changed, but I don't like to use unsafe email account that have been compromised before, I always ditch them and create new one's.
So yeah, please if there's a way check the IP's that logged in the last 24 hours (or 48 better). They all should be from Spain.
The email is linked to this account, thanks.
I hope someone can help me with this, as it's driving me crazy!
I'm using Skydrive on my Android tablet. I've been opening the PDFs with either Adobe Reader or iannotate PDF. With either of these apps I can highlight, mark up, etc the PDFs. However, when I close the document and re-open it, my edits have not been saved.
Basically, I've been opening PDFs from the Skydrive Android app, then highlighting them with iannotate. All that works fine. But once I close the PDF, all my highlights disappear. I checked my Skydrive account on my computer, and it's not syncing there either.
How do I make Skydrive save the edits I make to PDFs on my Android tablet?
Hi,
I am unable to upload a .gba file to skydrive when i am able to upload a zip file containing the .gba file, yet unable to upload a folder containing the .gba file within it.
All i get is this message "Sorry, there was a problem uploading this file. Please try again."
I have attempted to go through live chat, which for some reason just diverted me to xbox help twice where they gave me a useless page on how to upload files and then a link for the forums.
I hope that someone can help me as i am beginning to lose my patience with this windows phone, as it is completely useless at being back compatible with older OS systems hence transfering files through skydrive now being my only means of getting files on my phone.
Regards
Luke
