I can see, read and delete emails but that's it. So frustrated!

I have tried numerous times to INCREASE THE DAILY MESSAGE LIMIT of my email accounts.  So many times I have had to "VERIFY MY ACCOUNTS" by signing in with my passwords. However, this NEVER actually increases the daily message limits. 

 

Does anyone know what I can do or whom I need to contact in order to get this FINALLY ACCOMPLISHED?  I am very frustrated!!

Hi My name is Dylan and i have created this email to try and contact any one that will help me. I have a problem with the account i am trying to access, i would like to remove a monthly payment from the account so that the money cannot be taken from previously used master card. i would like to move it but i can't access my account because every time i try to access it it keeps coming up with a message saying it looks like some one else might be using this account. i am the only one that know's the password and every time i try to answer the questions it tells me i have to wait 24 hours for a reply but i always get rejected. i try to remember the other account that it is linked to but i can't remember any previous accounts i have made before the one i have created.

If you could contact me i would be happy to help you get my account back so i can cancel any previous payment i have created. 
I've tried to use Movie maker, but I have to download it with Photo Gallery. Whenever this happens, most of my desktop icons turn into the photo gallery icon, the all have a .lnk extension, and when I try to open them they open with photo gallery, so of course it doesn't work. The only way I've been able to fix this is by uninstalling it. Can someone please help me? I really don't want to have to uninstall it every time.

En esta misma verificaron que Si era yo y me mandaron "Hemos confirmado que eres el titular de tu cuenta de Microsoft. Además de este correo, te hemos enviado otro a esta misma dirección con un enlace para restablecer tu contraseña." pero nunca me mandaron el enlace para restablecerla y sigo sin poder entrar. Whenever I switch to the "Task" view of my calendar, I find that the day number of any task's due date is not displayed but instead replaced with "DD" as shown below:



I've tried several browsers (IE, Firefox and Chrome) even though I'm sure that it's not a client-side problem, I still got the same problem on all browsers!

If this is not a glitch and Microsoft intentionally implemented it that way, I don't think it's user-friendly to force users into viewing details of each task to view which day of the four days a month a task is due.
