I deleted all files from my skydrive account. however no matter what i do, the files keep returning and syncing back to all computers synced with this account.  i have emptied the recycle bin but this does not help.  any suggestions?

How do I request a Skydrive account reactivation for my friend.  She is extremely busy, not technically-inclined and so I have offered to do the heavy lifting (communicating) for her.

 

She did fill out the required form in late August and received this reply:

We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU. I'm using Windows Live Mail w/ my (converted to) ad-free Outlook.com account. Messages saved in on-line folders display properly via browser, but in Vista/Windows Live Mail the To recipient ID displays in the From field when the sender was my own ID. In the InBox, the To field is blank, unless I move the message back and forth from a store folder, in which case the To field (my own email address) is displayed. Any similar problems? Ideas? Help? ...and am creating this thread at the advice of the forum moderators so the problem can be properly tracked and escalated.

My details are posted on page 6, including screen shots. 

The short story is that I cannot share my calendar.  The link, when followed in a browser, returns "Firefox can't find the server at cid-xxxxxxxx.calendar.live.com."

It has been tried from multiple locations, and on multiple browsers.  None work.

I have just logged on to my email account to discover all of my emails have been lost. They are very important to me and need to recover them. Please assist in recovering them.
My SkyDrive stopped syncing about a week ago. 
I read everything I could find on the issue on the web, checked every possible problem - everything seems fine. 
I have space on the disk, there seems to be no login/connection problem, the file names are fine.
However, SkyDrive is stuck in "Looking for changes" mode and doesn't sync.
As a test, I created a Test.docx file in Skype Drive folder on my hard drive. It's been 5 hours, and it is still not synced. 
It takes seconds for Dropbox to update files. Sky Drive has always been a bit slow, but now it just doesn't work at all. I see files synced up until about a week ago. No changes since then - and I still have 42GB free (total 107GB in my plan). 
Also, the list of PCs available for fetching files shows all 3 of my connected computer as "not connected" most of the time. 
However, my main PC is shown as available now, yet the Test.docx file I created 5 hours ago on this machine is still not synced. So the problem may be something else entirely. Fetching files may be just another bug. 
Notably, when I access the machine via Fetch Files function from Sky Drive in web browser, I see the files that don't sync. However, these same files wouldn't sync to the cloud. 
Any suggestions?

I want to recover old emails from 2002-2007 which for some reason do not show up on my inbox.. the oldest email i can see is from around 2008, I have no idea how all these old emails disappeared, but I seriously want to recover them if possible

I have not been able to open my mail page get a message "Sorry there seems to be a problem with outlook right now, that was 10 hours ago no change, on 3 pc in my home all show the same so not a PC issue.....

Am not happy I get business e-mal and now can not read it.
