have been using an email I created to replace my old one--both are thru Microsoft Live---they were both working fine until Microsoft got rid of the old one---I don't believe I requested to do so. The problem is that I am not receiving any emails at all
in inbox or junk but can send. What do I need to do to start receiving my emails?
Hi please help me to get rid of the ads permanent on the right hand side of my email site which is Hotmail.com, there are ones that change from outlook.com to surface. I would rather have none that come up as they take space and are confusing as I never
know when any ads are relevant to me and I don't like to open anything except to delete these but they are not allowing me to delete only sign up for more and more things but I get a bit nervous as I am security conscious. How do I permanently get rid of these

I have a customer reporting to have ads showing on the right column of her outlook.com/hotmail account and she wants to know if it can be removed, her email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
I tried to assist by selecting the 3 dots on the message pane and advised to click hide pane, according to customer she does not see this option.

When I log in to my email account I get a 500 server error. I continue to get this error when I navigate to live.com or outlook.com. The only way to get rid of it is to reset my browser's cookies and cache, but the error re-appears whenever I try to log
in again.
I have an I pad.....when I send e mails, or reply to them, they are not received..............I can receive e mails fine!

When I signed onto iCloud with my pc, it hijacked my addressbook entries. Now, when I try to send an email, using an address book item, I have to open the addressbook and click on iCloud. This is a pain. How can I make it just default to iCloud, or
get those addresses back where they were before. I am using Outlook 2010, I think.
