Can't sign into my Hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, I have forgotten the password and have been locked out for attempting to sign in too many times. I filled out the questionnaire to recover my account about 5 times now and Microsoft has still not gotten back
to me. I never linked this hotmail account to a separate email to fill out an email reset link. What are my options at this point? Please help me get back into my business email account
I just bought Microsoft Office Home and Business 2013. I added my outlook email and my godaddy email account to outlook. I created some folders for a set of emails I get quite often. The send/receive takes FOREVER and then it gives me the notice "Folders cannot be created in a system folder". What is a system folder? And now this morning it gave me that error and I can't see my folders. They appear to be gone.
So where am I supposed to create a folder?
And why are my 2 email accounts separated on the left pane? When I was using the mail "tile" that came with Windows 8 I had these same 2 email accounts and they both send/receive fine and all in one place. But now I can't move a new email to a folder I created last week. It says system error.
Is it set up wrong somehow? (I did the automatic set up option).
How can I save some of my e-mails, there is no save or save as button, like on outlook express, Thanks!
I have 2 email accounts linked together. They have both been compromised and I cannot access either of them. I have tried completing a form to gain access to my account but they seem to have changed details or something. I have important documents on both
emails and need to gain access as soon as possible. Can any on help me or point me in a direction to speak to someone to help with this situation.
I don't know what I did, but in the middle of typing a new message, my font size shrank, as did the size of all the content on every page. How do I go back to the regular size?

After the recent xbox live update, I had to sign in using my windows live ID. I can't sign in because I do not remember the password. This is very annoying because I can't use my console. This has been going on for sometime now and have been back and forth
with online support and every time I try to reset my password this is what I get.

The bad thing is I cancelled this email a long time ago and I have been in contact with aol but they can't help me. My yearly plan is coming up and I don't want to pay for something I can not use.I have been with xbox for atleast 4 years and through those 4 years have put so much money into this account. I was a big rockband person so I have a ton of money in that and all the map packs for all the games I have bought. I also have so many achievements I have worked so hard to get I don't want to loose that. SO please if anyone can help set my account to a different email or transfer data to a different account. Whatever has to be done.
I have created several folders that I no longer need. How can I delete/remove them?
How do I reset the font for my inbox? The font is tiny. I hit control U and it shrank my inbox. I don't know how to change it back to normal.

Been gone on trip, got home and tryed to log my email account. Got the login screen ok, enetered the info(this is entered from a vault so know it's right) and it changes to loging in screen which stays white. Any help for this? seems microsoft doesnt care
