I cannot get into my work webmail email account on my home computer. I can sign in with my user and password but all it does it keep loading. It looks like there is programing information shown on top which shouldn't be there.

Thanks

I have created and shared a folder from my SkyDrive. When others users log in to view the Shared Folder, it's not listed as under my Username, but says "Someone". For other folders that have been shared, it will show (example) "Shared By John Doe". But, my folder says "Shared by Someone". Is there a setting I can modify so that the users who have access to View and Edit the folder can see it's MY folder and that, when edits are made, they are made by me, rather than User: Someone.

How do I get my old emails from Hotmail?

Skydrive keeps crashing on Mac.  Already re-installed twice.
Saturday night I lost a file on my SkyDrive. All the other files and images are fine. I cannot find it in either recycle box. I was planning on use skydrive as offsite protection for some of my images. Now I have lost faith in it.
When I login into my hotmail accounts using mac machine it quickly takes me to the below url:

I am unable to check my emails on my mac machine for the last one month. I am not encountering issues when I access my accounts on windows based machines.

I found recently, when I logged into my hotmail (now outlook) account, all of my e-mail and folders were gone.  I have had this account since the 1990s and log into it every couple of months at a minimum.  I also have the account set up on my smart phone.  Now, having gone through several of the community strings, there seems to be a common denominator:  The default response from nearly every Microsoft representative is "our logs show that your account was deleted due to inactivity."  I can see one instance of this being a fluke, but there have been so many complaints, it is now a confirmed pattern.  The longest that I ever went without logging into my account was about 6 months while I was deployed to the Middle East back in 2002-2003.  I have no doubt in my military/Sr System Admin/Sr System Engineer/Sr System Analyst mind that there is some kind of glitch going on here.  Before there is an immediate response of "but our logs...." lets just look back in history at previous Microsoft roll outs/updates that seemed to work perfectly at the Microsoft testing facilities but went directly to the crapper when pushed out to the mainstream user.  I'm not trying to bash, but to immediately pawn this off as a user error/inattention to accounts is totally bogus.  I would greatly prefer a response from someone that knows more than to read off of a "support script" for cut/paste purposes.

Thank you in advance.

This seems like a recurring theme and that I'm not the only one this has happened to! I regularly log in to outlook.com to keep the account active and now it seems as though everything has been deleted. What an absolute joke of an email service!

Why has this happened??
