When using mobile outlook the "Send" Icon is close to the email window. so if I had to correct anything in the bottom line I accidentally push "send email icon". is there an option like gmail confirming before sending?

I'm unable to receive email from a different domain that I have emailed myself from. emails are received OK on hotmail accounts & other emails but not my on personal domain email.
I have done all the necessary setting checks ie junk filter, rules, etc but to no avail.
Can anyone who has a solution for this matter please get in touch.

I am thinking of leaving GMail and Google Apps for Domains and moving all my email accounts into Outlook.com, as I have been impressed with the service and the speed with which features are added (like IMAP).
That said, I have an old Hotmail account with several outlook.com aliases and a new Outlook.com account with several aliases. I can not give any of these up and I need them all to be merged into one account. Google has a feature like this but I cannot find it on MSFT and it seems like it does not exist. Is there a way an admin can merge them?
I created a new Outlook.com account accidentally because during the goldrush for Outlook.com names Microsoft was not clear that we would not need to make a new account, so I (like many others) now sit here with two separate accounts.

XP, W7 – IE,Chrome on web
W7 on desktop (more times reinstall)
WP8 – programm SkyDrive, IE

As the title says. I keep getting two windows for outlook login. Even if I close one and sign in the remaining window I still get two email windows and are exactly the same one. If it helps on the home page where outlook.com is (upper left), where it shows if I have email or not I get this:
Outlook.com (1) (1)
So it shows that I have two outlooks open.

I have a live.co.uk email address. Irritatingly, every 24 I get locked out of my email account & the only way I can get back into it is to do a forgotten password/password reset. Firstly, why is it doing it & secondly how can I fix it!? I access my emails
via my iPhone and laptop.
