I just noticed all my old mails are GONE. I used to have 16 pages of inbox and now I just have 1. Their are not in pop or delete or junk.
Please can I speak to somebody about receiving a refund for the Outlook package that I have bought.
I cannot send emails to groups of contacts like I used to in the old Outlook programme.
This is absolutely useless. Nobody responds to questions.
What has happened to actually being able to speak to a person or at least being able to type a question to somebody and being able to have a conversation via rhe computer?
I click on the Hotmail icon, & instead of reaching Outlook, I get a 'page can't be displayed.' Have to Google Windows Live & go from there ; type in my username & password, finally get to Hotmail. I checked service status, this says 'running normally'.
What could the problem be ?
I lost all my emails from my Hotmail account, i had not logged into to my Hotmail account for almost 4 to 5 months and once i heard about outlook.com i logged into my account, it got automatically upgraded to outlook.com and i don't see any of my old emails.
Is there a way to recover my old emails ?
Thank you
-Maurice
I haven't used my Hotmail account for years, but apparently it's been upgraded anyway. I use (or should I say I have been FORCED to use MS Outlook instead of Outlook Express) on my computer. I'm using Vista, and can't update Windows Live Mail 'cos Microsoft
has deemed it outdated. Now I'm trying to add my POP server to Outlook.com, but I keep getting "Cannot connect" errors. Since I know my POP username and pwd are correct, I gather it's a Microsoft problem. So how can I use this allegedly marvellous outlook.com
if I can't set up an account and connect to it?
34 days ago, I deleted a Microsoft account with custom e-mail address (no Hotmail).
Now I am trying to add the e-mail address as Account alias to a Hotmail Microsoft account, using https://account.live.com/AddAssocId.
I mark “Add an existing email address,” enter it, and click on the Verify link inside my Gmail inbox for the address.
What I get then is https://account.live.com/error.aspx?errcode=1086, stating “There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.”
Adding a different e-mail address (that has never been a Microsoft account on its own) works, including verify link.
I have a weid problem:
Two emails I sent some time ago are duplicated endlessly in my "sent" folder, but are not actually send to the recipients. So if I access outlook.com, my "sent" folder shows hundreds of copies of exact those two emails. Every few minutes new copies are generated with a recent time stamp. Now it gets totally strange when I access locally via Outlook 2010. Here those two emails and all of their clones have the exact time stamp of when I first sent them.
I am getting tired of deleting them, any help appreciated!

Hello:
I'd like to insert an invoice with one pic and logo into the body of an email. How in the world do I do that? I'm going crazy trying to figure it out. Help, you guys!
