How to I verify my Hotmail account in Sierra Leone?

Hello,

I have just started a new Hotmail account, to use with my new 620 Lumia phone. Very soon after, I received an email saying there had been unusual activity on my account and it was temporarily blocked. Since this is a brand new account and nobody has received an email from me, I am not sure how this is possible. 

I tried to verify my account with a cell phone number. However, the drop down menu for countries in outlook does NOT have Sierra Leone, where I currently am staying. So I am unable to verify my account, which is still blocked, because Hotmail/Outlook forgot to include Sierra Leone as a country in their drop down menu. And of course I am still blocked.

How can I fix this?

Outlook Hotmail stops working Every minute After Logging On
I get a message every minute to say that "Internet Explorer has stopped working" A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. when clicking the Close program button.

Outlook Hotmail then re-starts and I get the same issue a minute later. I am running a windows 8, 64 bit. I have stopped using Hotmail directly, as it is impossible to use with it stopping every 40 to 50 seconds, this has been occurring for the last 5 weeks the same happens even when I log on using another  computer, so I understand that this is a problem happening within Hotmail itself.   

I have reset  Internet Explorer but this did not help.

Windows has not notified me of any solution 

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

I got emails until about 9:15 this yesterday and then they just stopped.  I have tied 2 different computers in two locations and my phone.  Changed my password and deleted all the junk mail and sent mail in case I had too many messages in my account.  I can send files just fine.  From both computers and the phone.  I can also reply to messages that are in my inbox.  Would love some advice .  I do have an old hotmail email address.

I am not receiving any e-mails in my Hotmail account (regular or junk) and all of my settings seem to be correct.   FYI - I can send e-mails.  HELP!  And I am not tech savvy!

Reset security information

I was trying to update my security information and mistakenly changed the date of birth. Outlook now thinks it is a minor account - how do I get it changed back to the correct dtae and status?

Locked Outlook.com account cannot get ulocked

I have a outlook.com email account that I set up a while back and now cannot access it becasue it is locker.  I want to keep this account active.  I never used it initially so everytime I try and submit a help ticket to microsoft I get an auto reply that I have not submitted enough security information to get past the automated filters, everytime I submit a new form (as asked by the auto reply) the system sends me back the same message.  It is an endless loop.  I need a way to send a help ticket to a live body so that I can get the account unlocked so that I can begin using it.
