I have several addressee groups. When I compile a group in a Category, i. e., Computer Club, and input the addresses of our 35 members, I see the category and see the member names in the box below the listing of all my contacts just fine.

After I send a message to that addressee group by placing the Category name on the Bcc: line (I use my address in the To: line), the message  goes out to those individuals. However, the next day when I open WLM and prepare to send an email to that same group, I place the name of that category in the Bcc: box and click on the plus sign only to find that the email addresses have disappeared.

I found that out the hard way when I received complaints that none of the club members were receiving the meeting notifications. When I go to that category to edit the names, I find that it is empty.

How do I fix this problem?
I received emails from two different people; those two emails have attached as one.  That is, when I open the email and I scroll down, I see multiple emails from the two different people and my responses to them.  This isn't good, help.
I am setting up a new website and would like to create a domain email account ie:  info@, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.
yesterday (10/17/2013) I stopped receiving email in my hotmail account.  No changes were made, it just stopped working.  I don't get any rejections or errors when I send to the account, the messages just don't show up.  They aren't in any other folder (junk etc.)
This happens every day, seemingly randomly.  I constantly have to write the email, highlight it all, and set the desired font and font size. This happens despite the fact that I (more than once) have gone into Options and set a default.

Also, sometimes the email will appear to be fine, so I send it. Then, I will see it after it's been sent, and there are 2 different fonts in it. This is driving me crazy, can someone please advise?

More info- I am using this on Firefox 20.0.1

-when I go into settings, the screen where you put in your desired font, and signature - the drop-down box for font name won't even let me select a font. The font size drop-down will, but not the font name.
I can send e-mails (but not to myself)   I am not receiving e-mails from anyone.  I re-set password, checked all settings, etc.  Has been one day now.
Hi Microsoft support,

Yes, I have gone through all the filter checks, junk email checks, spam checks, and all other possible checks that you always ask us to go through before acknowledging that there is indeed a problem on your side.

I haven't received a single email since about yesterday morning. I have sent emails from my GMail account to my Outlook.com account and they are never received. In the reverse direction, all is fine. My GMail account receives all emails I send from my Outlook.com account.

Could you please go directly to pointing me to the so called private area where I can disclose my email to you so you can fix this?

Thanks,
Gus.

I, like many others that I see on this "support" page, can send but CANNOT RECEIVE emails for the last 24 hrs. Please fix this ASAP, let me know how to fix this. As this is used as a Business account as well as personal, this is extremely debilitating. A remedy is needed IMMEDIATELY. Have already tried all the standard fix attempts listed on support pages. Thank you for your "support".
Hello,

I have just started a new Hotmail account, to use with my new 620 Lumia phone. Very soon after, I received an email saying there had been unusual activity on my account and it was temporarily blocked. Since this is a brand new account and nobody has received an email from me, I am not sure how this is possible.

I tried to verify my account with a cell phone number. However, the drop down menu for countries in outlook does NOT have Sierra Leone, where I currently am staying. So I am unable to verify my account, which is still blocked, because Hotmail/Outlook forgot to include Sierra Leone as a country in their drop down menu. And of course I am still blocked.

How can I fix this?

Thanks
