Password problems

How can I get access to my account? I had to recently change my password and had to make it harder. Now I cant remember it and it says that I have tried it to many times, and to try again in 24 hours. I have been trying to access it for the last 3 days, and every time I put in the information to reset the password it says that I have not provided the correct information. I have e-mail addresses that I have sent to still on my phone, obviously my birthday is right, and I have access to the folders I've created. I use this e-mail for my job so I really need access to it. HELP??

I NEED to recieve just ONE EMAIL from my @9.cn email, please.

Hi,

I heard about the closure of 9.cn email accounts and so on.. But the problem is, i NEED to receive an email to my "@9.cn" Account.

By ANY method. Forward to my other email, or letting anyone open it and copy me the content. Anything!

A website forced a pssword reset and their policy is not to do anything when you can't receive emails! :\ 

Is there anyway to receive it?

initial sync from google contacts to outlook.com works but subsequen google contacts updates don’t sync

I set up a synch between google and outlook.com of the contacts. Once connected the google contacts show in the people section. If I log into google, make a change (deletion, update, or new contact) the changes never show up in the people section of outlook.com.

I then tried permanently removing the link. Deleting all non-google countacts from my Outlook.com account and reconnecting, again all contacts transferred (including my changes). I then. logged in to google, made different changes and those changes never synced.

What's going on? I definitely don't want to have to remove/restablish the link every time I make a contact change!

File sharing security flaw

We discovered a security flaw in SkyDrive.  User A can forward their SkyDrive Shared folder invite email to user B.  Then user B can open the link, sign up for a SkyDrive account, and view the Shared folder. This should not happen according to the SkyDrive Website, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/skydrive/change-access-permissions-faq:

 

“If you want recipients to sign in with a Microsoft account before they can view the file or folder, select Require everyone who accesses this to sign in. This also helps prevent other people who could be forwarded the email from being able to access your file or folder.”


How can I lock down the permissions so that only email addresses I invited can access my Share folder?

Can I uninstall Outlook.com and then start a new install ?

rescuing my contacts from hotmail

I do need to rescue all my lifetime e mail contacts from hotmail that disappeard after the outlook obligatory migration. How do I find them or who do I have  to report this situation to?!! I need to get them back desperately.  Does anybody know how to proceed?!

Dear Friends,

This is regarding login issue with my mail ID.
Actually usually i was using my mail in my laptop, so it was not asking any verification code.
But yesterday their was some problem with my laptop, so i login in other system.
It asked me for verification code which delivered to my phone, i have enter it and login mail in other system but after sending 5 to 6 mail while sending any mail it is asking to verify.
after verifying my mail, account is blocked and now i cant send any mail again it is asking to verify but no code is send to my mobile phone.

Please help to resolve this problem.

I upgraded my laptop from windows8 to 8.1. Now I can get into my Hotmail account but I can't open any msg to be read
