I have not received any emails for a few days it is saying there is a problem getting messages from other accounts when I go in it just asks me to update info but my email address is greyed out ??
This is a business account nightmare ;/
Anyone know why this is? I can't log in on my phone either and it's telling me the server password has been changed.
I can get into this hotmail account, but I can't get into my other hotmail account. My other hotmail account is the password recovery email for this hotmail account. Can someone help me? Thanks.
Until I reinstalled Windows 8, I used to be able to hit the send and receive mail button, and the program would send and receive.
Now, it sends ok, but now 'syncs' with gmail to receive. It creates a bunch of 'categories' on gmail, and, if I delete them off of gmail, it also deletes them off Outlook.
How do I get it back to normal?

Too many times when I receive a photo from family or friends only a red x is displayed. When I look in the photos folder it still doesn't show up. How can I get Outlook to show all photos sent to me?
