Connectivity Issue

I keep getting the message when I attempt to open an email "we can't connect to Outlook now, check to make sure you are connected to the

internet and try again".  Every time I check to make sure I am connected to the internet I am connected.  When I try again to open an email sometimes I am able to open it but most often I immediately get the same message.  So I exit out of Outlook then log back in again.  After that I am

to open emails again but I get the message again.  The problem happens so often that it gets frustating and difficault to make any head way on bringing down the number of unread emails.

I am  NOT receiving emails to my hotmail account. when i have forwarded to gmail account they still do not come through

I have tried all the fixes suggested but none have worked. I need the emails as they are very important. 

what should i do?? 


I have signed into outlook but can’t access my emails or folders?

I have signed in but can not access my emails, as states the following:

Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment
If you continue to have this problem, please report it to Microsoft.

I can access everything else ie calender, skydive & people. I have changed my password a few times as I thought maybe it was hacked but I am logged in?!

Cannot setup email service for my domain – “contains a protected word or inappropriate language”

Hi all,

I am trying to create a email service for my domain http://godeliver.co/ this will be a future delivery service, I have had no issues before while creating emails for my other domain, http://curtisboylan.com/ so I don't know why this one would be a issue.

The error I get is, This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

Would anybody be able to help me out?

Hello,

I keep on getting the error message listed above and have reset my password, deleted all cookies etc, tried using different browsers/computers and checked the status and all is ticked green.

Could anyone please advise me anyway how to resolve this issue as I require access ASAP; so if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.

I have also followed all the steps in the article listed below.

Skydrive lost 25gb

I used to have 25 gb now I only have 7gb. I would like to start using skydrive more but because of the 7gb size this is not enough for my needs. Google drive Is offering 15gb however I would like to stay with skydrive. How can I get my 25gb reinstated?

Do I have to move documents in windows 8.1 to Skydrive for it to sync?

In full 8.1 i want skydrive to sync my documents, If you look at Favorites they are synced anyways but what about documents?

do I have to go to properties on the documents folder and change it to c:\users\xxxxzx\Skydrive\Documents?


I know it works with changing location but do I have to?

How do I block a company with an unknown email address!

I want to block a company as they are sending me harrassing emails. However this company emails me through Amazon marketplace so I cannot see and do not know their Email address! Can anyone advise me on how to block them from Outlook/Hotmail?
