I just upgraded to Windows 8.1, but I can't access any file that I had prior to Windows 8.1 in skydrive by just clicking on it. This is rather bothersome and, even more so, since this is what I use for my homework. I keep receiving "Error 0x80070490:
element not found."

Hi,
I use Outlook everyday for my personal and work related emails. However when I logged in this morning, all the personalized folders in Outlook.com had disappeared, except the Inbox. I can still search for the messages in those folders and they show up in search results but I cant access the folders directly neither I see them on the left side panel.
I have a lot of important personal and work related emails and I really need to access them soon.
Please help me out and let me know a solution for this problem.

I get a little window hovering over my email titles that won't let me click on the email to open it and will not go away. It reads 1 item. How do I get rid of this?

Can you help me? This afternoon I noticed I wasn't getting certain emails from sellers on ebay. So I have sent 2 test emails from my gmail account to my hotmail account and they haven't come through. I also tried sending an email from my Hotmail address to my Hotmail address and I didn't receive that either. I have only had 1 email come through in 7 hours which is unusual. That was a notification email from ebay. I should have received several emails regarding purchases from other websites also.
I use internet explorer mainly to view my emails but also have access through Outlook 2010 and my HTC Android smartphone. They all show the same thing.
I haven't knowingly changed anything and I can't see a problem with any of my settings.
I sent an email to my gmail account and I received it ok but the reply I sent back never arrived.
I have tried all the troubleshooting advice. Can you advice?
Outlook will NOT open up period, no emails, no contacts, no nothing.. all l get is the trouble shooting screen to report the problem.

I have clicked on the link from my weekly family safety report and all I get is a circle in the upper left corner and nothing loads for Overview, Activity Reporting or any of the other options on the left side. Web Filtering, Time Limits, App restrictions, Game restrictions and Requests all bring up the circle trying to load but it never loads.
The computer this is on is running Windows 7 Home Premium - 32bit
The computer I'm trying to see the report from the Family Safety Website is Windows 7 Enterprise - 64bit. I get the same results on Firefox, Chrome and IE10.
On transfer from hotmail to outlook.com I'm no longer able to receive emails - I've checked all settings and followed several posts online but none with a solution. Is this an issue with Microsoft and Outlook?
